The manager working right now (woman with blonde hair in a bun and sweet tattoos) is AMAZING. Taco Bell is absolutely slammed right now and she is swiftly moving to keep everything going efficiently. While doing so, she’s treating everyone with so much kindness, it’s incredible to see! Fast food jobs can be so draining, so I wanted to make sure her hard work does not go unnoticed.

Took an hour for our food (among with many others’) to be ready. We saw endless amounts of people coming back in due to messed up orders. When we actually got our food, it was cold HOWWW? Also the manager (I think) looked like he was about to cry. They desperately need some new management in there!

This place is the worst. I do delivery and my work is base off of each delivery. So the longer they take the less I make. I constantly wait at least 20 minutes per order and that’s after they finally acknowledge my presence. They completely ignore their front counter as well. I will be declining all orders from them from now on.

Which consists of chicken chalupa supreme, steak chalupa supreme, hard taco supreme and mountain ⛰️ dew Baja to drink . If I could give no stars I would but I got there at 8:37 pm with no one in line and the drive thru girl says “we’re closed for 30 minutes” no reason why or what was happening. Won’t be coming back to this location especially after (now) reading the reviews.

Went to pick up dinner for the family tonight and did not have a great experience. When I got home with everyone’s food I opened the boxes for the 2 tostadas I purchased and they looked like a 2 year old threw them together, and fast food workers want $15 an hour?!?!? I ordered the $5 Chalupa box and was missing 2 items in the box. My daughter got nacho bell grande and they didnt put hardly any toppings on it. I definitely will not be going back to this Taco Bell.
