Order taker and the food person were nice enough but they messed up almost everything. Tried to forget my drink, tacos were cold. Asked for sour cream removed and got extra… I thought I’d give them a chance but maybe in another 6months, 2 rebuilds and yet another full staff. I’m just lost as to why there’s no working phone ♂️

This location has been struggling with service and/or menu consistency for quite some time, so we were reluctant to dine. Long story short we ended up having a problem with our gift card and the manager Robert was EXTREMELY patient and helpful. It was a fairly busy dinner hour and he did it all with absolute politeness a smile. It was truly a breath of fresh air. More importantly our meal was exactly what we ordered and it was delicious. By far our BEST experience at this TacoBell location, ever. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

I had my little brother grab me some food from here tonight. He goes into the store at 8:30, orders on the kiosk and waits about 15 minutes before asking the workers where his food is. They respond by saying they don’t open until 9… 9PM. So my little brother waits another 30 minutes before asking for the food again where they tell them the machines are down. The same machines that he used to pay for his food with. They then say that he needs to fill out a form to get my money back. Absolutely dumbfounded by how bad this Taco Bell is. Someone please shut it down.

I’ve been here 4 times around 9-11pm. Everytime there is an issue. Twice the machines were “broken”. The other two times the service has been so slow that I left the drive through after waiting 10mins and not evening moving a vehicle. Please just close if you can’t maintain proper service during these hours.

Whether I order online and make sure I place the order correctly or I go through the drive thru my order has never been correct. The food is also always a disaster, and tacos and chulupas barely have anything in them. Service is very slow, and even no one is in line. One of the worst taco bells I have gone to.

Usually if I choose to have fast food I only do it at a place I think will be acceptable, boy this is not that place, Taco Tuesday I wanted a couple and stopped, 1st thing out the speaker “we are out of beans and rice” so I ask do you need that to make a couple of tacos? She says no so I ordered, I get to the window, they have no clue what I ordered try changing me for someone else order, then they tell me they are out of onions it took forever to get my uneatable order it was a just mess in a bag, so dam sad they had plenty of staff, I hope someone turns this place around soon

I never complain but I am so done with this taco bell!!! I refuse to go there ever again. For the past 2 years the service has been horrible. I am so sad and so angry because I love taco bell but this location is the worst. I have waited in the drive thru line for up to an hour multiple times. I had already paid so I had to wait for my food! This last time I waited 40 minutes and was missing 5 items when I got home!! At least 4 times I have ordered on the app and was told they are not filling orders when I got there to pick it up. Multiple times they will say they don’t have enough workers so they are not even taking orders. I have no idea what the problem is here. This doesn’t happen at the other SL fast food places. Such a huge disappointment.

Management at this store should be ashamed of themselves. There was ONE person. One. Doing the cooking and taking drive thru orders and handling the counter. One. Now, this woman was killing it and doing an amazing job, but should never HAVE to do that. Turns out there were 2 other employees working, but they were doing a “one on one” outside. Shame on you manager. And crazy props to the lady behind the counter.

Been here multiple times in the last year and never had a good experience. Everything is always out of stock- the computers are “down” and then have some excuse for everything. The management is non-existent and take zero accountability. I can go there for lunch, dinner, breakfast whatever and nothing is made correctly, out of stock, and just poor attitude. I understand things are out of the cashier control but management can’t manage this location at all. Don’t even try to come here.

Ordered in the app and then when I arrived they were closed. They were not able to refund me and There were 3 people sitting inside doing nothing. The others were going to get ice cream instead of working.
