This is the 3rd time in the manner of 2 weeks that I have gone at 11pm and they were closed. States they are open until 1am but all lights are off and it’s closes. A week ago I went at 1040pm and no one would answer the drive thru speaker. Lights were on but no one ever came to take order.

We have had really bad experiences with this location. Too many times we have not received items we pay for, the service is not up to customer service expectations as far as being greeted and assisted. When mobil orders are placed, there is no reason why the order isn’t ready, especially when it takes a few minutes to arrive to the location. When you arrive for the mobil order even after 10 minutes in between, you shouldn’t have to wait 15 additional minutes for your order, it should be ready for pick up, and staff should not respond to you when you tell them your order name that it’ll be a little while because the orders of drive through need to be served first. The staff do work fast, but the interactions with customers is lacking. Make sure to check your order before you leave from picking it up.

Cinnabons came out cold, went back through the drive thru and asked for some fresh ones. The lady in the headset told me there supposed to come out cold and they warm up after two minutes , so I said ” okay let me try one real quick. I took a bite and said “no they’re still cold” and the headset lady told me theyre supposed to be cold, and I drove off because I did not want to deal with her ignorance.
