We go to this Taco Bell all the time and the drive-through always goes quickly and the food is accurate, hot and good. Today was a little different whereas the drive-through was very very slow. I counted 4 drive offs and still waited about 20 minutes. They were very pleasant and apologized for the delay. My order wasn’t correct this time but I won’t hold it against them and will be back. It was just a one-off time, I am sure.

There was something really really wrong with the flat shell of the Mexican pizza. I’ve always loved this place & claim this one to be the best around… But the shells that were delivered this time were no good. I could not get that horrible taste out of my mouth. The rest of the food ( as usual) was great!!!

I want to love this tbell! It’s right by home and convenient. But honestly, the place is run by kiddos who have zero attention to detail – management could probably teach them a lesson or two (that would also apply to everyday life.) Normally, I’ll drive to the other tbell a bit further away because at least there they get orders right. And the lobby is locked, so, if your order is messed up or an item is forgotten, you have to wait in the drive thru line. This place could use some…improvements.

Ordered two steak chalupa supremes, no tomato, two side orders of rice, and a medium wild cherry Pepsi. I got two chalupa supremes without any meat (though charged for two steak chalupas) and they both had tomatoes (which I asked NOT to have on them). So, I basically got vegetarian chalupas with tomatoes that I didn’t want and charged for two steak chalupas. Then both sides of rice were barely filled. The only thing they got right was my cherry Pepsi. And they asked me to round up for charity so I spent $20 and they got my order completely wrong. Thanks, Taco Bell.

Made an online order with some substitutions, they literally put no chicken on all..my bad one had three like tiny squares of chicken, two of them were just cheese and tortillas. Went back in to get a refund and the btches knew exactly what happened but wanted to act “so sorry”. Pathetic people. Shoulda took pictures.

Worst Mobile Order experience of my life. Ordered for ASAP, pick up inside while omw from a double at work. 5-8 min ETA for food. Watching the tracker, nothing happened and after 10 minutes I went inside to retrieve my order. Then I sat there for another 20 minutes waiting on my ASAP food. After 30 minutes the food is finally placed on a shelf- no drinks. They finally give me cups, tell me to fill my own. I set the food on the counter to do so and they TOOK IT BACK!!! I started crying back at the 25 minute mark. I should’ve asked for a manager and a refund but I was already SOBBING and didn’t want the confrontation. I don’t know how to be nice at that point. 32-minute Taco Bell.
