I could rate this even lower than 1 start if that was an option. Staff was so rude. I order maxican pizza they gave me is tostada sell instead. I could taste that so different and even could see it’s not the Mexican pizza sell. But supervisor there didn’t even bother to look at it and asked person if made is in correct sell. And of course he said yes he used correct sell. And that stupid lady trusted him without even seeing at my food. I was there for dinner and she asked me for refund I sted of replacing it of for the matter atleast looking at it. You can literally see see difference in sells in the pics. That it’s corn tostada and not flour maxican pizza sells.

We went through drive-thru and had our order messed up. Despite multiple signs saying that the store was open for dining all doors were locked and the representative that came to help us refuse to let us into the building. The representative also kept our receipt and I have locked our credit card to prevent erroneous charges.

We waited in the drive through for over twenty minutes only to get to the speaker and be told they’re closed. There’s a minimum of five cars behind us, no sign is out saying they’re closed, and online their hours are listed as open until 1am (it was 10:10 by the time we finally got to the speaker).

My favorite Taco Bell. The drive thru line is quick usually and the food has always been well made. I’ve never received a sloppy meal here like I do at other TBs. The staff (especially Clarence) are super friendly and helpful. This is one of those places you don’t mind doing the survey for!

“Customer service was terrible”.We waited for 20mins in the drive thru and finally got our food. After going home we noticed that they missed 1 item in our bill and we called them, they asked us to come again to the store. We went again and we asked them to drop the food in the mobile pickup parking lot. He said we can’t do that and he asked us to come in person to the delivering window. When showing the bill and asking them, he again asked us to come again in the drive thru which will take another 30mins for us.The staff who attended our call was so bad in handling customers. It was their mistake to miss 1 item from our bill for which we had paid. We want to grab something really quick after a whole long day tiring trip and Visiting this Taco Bell was so bad.

I tried to order a purchase pickup online. App was not user friendly. Got to the location and no employees were up front. They were all in the back talking. The kiosk wouldn’t allow me to complete the order, so I waited about 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The cashier finally came up front and said I should have yelled to the back. Several customers didn’t wait. They just walked out. It took another 10 minutes to get my food. The nacho belle Grande was not hot. Unpleasant experience.

You shouldn’t give opinions for a person to pick up their food inside the building, then when they arrive, the door is locked.. and you make no attempt to even acknowledge that someone is at the door.. this should never be allowed at any establishment, is very poor business and unacceptable..

Horrible experience here. Waited 25 min and my food never got done all because I was paying cash and When I put my order in nobody was at the Front counter to take my money so my food never got made. The manager looked at me and said what do you want me to do about it? I said what am I getting penalized for paying with cash. He just looked at me and laughed.

Food not good. Asked for minus things. They put those things on I asked to minus. Not fresh. Taste like it’s been sitting out for hours. Then they microwave warm. Cinnamon twist taste like they were in cooker too long.
