This place is pretty much the same as any Taco Bell. They (like other fast food restaurants that are having trouble staffing up after COVID) seem to have trouble serving their customers quickly at either the drive-thru or when ordering at the counter. During one visit the manager was very rude but overall the visits here have been positive experiences and, if anything, have consistently improved over recent months. This restaurant’s dining has been always been clean and a pleasant place to eat a meal. Their low-cost options allow you to get a lot of food for the price – making it a budget-friendly choice. Also, their menu offer healthier choices than their competition because most of their selections are not fried.

Two stars because they’re understaffed so I cut them some slack but the quality of the food is unacceptable they always forget items out of my order and the gentleman work in the drive-thru was rude. My cinnamon twist had no cinnamon. I guess I just ordered the twists. They forgot my chips and when I came back through the drive-thru to get my chips they gave me a bag of crumbled up shake

I put in an online order at this location, but I wish I hadn’t. They ran out of ground beef and apparently this brought things to a grinding halt. I waited 45-50 minutes in the drive thru. They shorted me a nacho cheese cup and barely filled the one they gave me. I guess they ran out of nacho cheese too? The employee apologized sincerely for the long wait.

Went through the drive through and the girl said that they are limiting the amount of items due to short staff. I understand about short staff. However I don’t understand why this person was allowed to pick and choose who got the limited amount of items. Literally had the ford truck in front of us order half the menu. Could still see that items that they ordered when I pulled up. It was 2 full screens of items.

I think new management has been put in place. They run a lot smoother than 6 months ago. The dining room isn’t always open and when it is you have to order through a kiosk but the food has been yummy and made correctly. Employees are friendly when you can get their attention.

This is one sorry location and should just close down instead of offering sorry service. Everytime I come to this location, it’s always something. Tonight after waiting 30 mins because they are so terribly slow, they had the nerve to tell me I had to wait another 20 minutes for the beef to cook. I couldn’t believe it. I just drove off after the employee repeated themselves. Yall are always losing customers because folks get tired of waiting and just leaves (drive thru is the worst service). Four cars left tonight and I should have left right behind them, but no, I wanted some tacos that I would have had to wait 50 minutes total for. That’s embarrassing service. Whoever the manager is, needs to do a far far better job or become the person taking orders and bring in a better manager.

The store was trashed, the workers were moving so slowly. I had to wait 35 minutes for two items inside the lobby and they were not busy at all. I had ants crawling on me while standing in the lobby. When I got home my food tasted spoiled. This location needs a big wake up call.

White young guy had so much energy and a great attitude! Nice and hard working staff even though they were inside only due to an issue beyond their control. There were a lot of workers too. Food was so fresh and they really didn’t skimp on the toppings!!

This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to and that’s saying a lot. I didn’t realize how bad a simple order can be screwed up.They have never got my order right and one time they gave me beef when I specifically ordered vegetarian items. They will never grill the burritos even when you ask. They will tell you after you’ve ordered and drove up that they happen to be out of certain items but it’s too late to cancel at that point. I want to cut them some slack for having a lot of new hires but I’ve gone out of my way to be very nice and repeat my order several times even after ordering on the app to make it as clear as possible but still no luck. Very disappointed, will not be coming back again
