Worst restaurant. order a two grilled cheese burriotos at night and I guess they just assume no one will complain about the food. I paid 7$ each for the pic you see below is a grill cheese burrito. I called and talk to the manager and she was extremely rude and hung up on me. Take a close look at the quality of this restaurant. $7 for what you see in the pic and what they post what the product should be. These people give you whatever they want and expect you not to speak up.

Kiosk operated. Since there is no description of what is on the food, it is hard to know whether to edit the menu. I cannot eat beans. The top half of the burrito was beans, the bottom half was meat and other. It is good because I got to eat half the burrito. Had it been made right, I would not have been able to eaten any. I clearly do not know how to use the kiosk. I have never been trained on it. I hope these are not the employees who want top wages to call out a name, otherwise stay back where questions cannot be asked. The bathroom was far from tidy. There was a sign stating it was checked every 30 minutes. Unrealistic, & not happening. It makes the employees look worse than they are.

Technically i cant rate the food cause i never got it!! I ordered online to this location. Got there and they said they had no record of order. Turns out it was transferred to a different taco bell 4 miles away in rush hour which was also 3 miles out of the way of my destination on top if that. If i wanted to pickup from that location i would have selected that location. Absolutely ZERO reason to justify the jack assery of that kind of system.

Terrible, ordered 3 Mexican pizzas. Shells were awful. , spent 45 min in traffic to go up and return. Chris proceeded to tell me they changed oil yes. No call me wrong. Seems it should b changed twice a day … he says they skimmed it today. Very nasty. I will say they refunded 15 of 30 I spent should of refunded all, this taco bell used to b the best around. . Very disappointing… taco shells soft were stale. … I belive construction is hurting them and there serving what ever … people work hard. Fast food is 25$ now… at least have deceny to make it best for customer….

I love this establishment but I entered a week ago with my friends and we got kicked out immediately. I was not aware of the situation that took place until they told me what they have done. I just want to know if I’m still allowed to eat here because I caused no harm to anyone. (I will let the worker know that kicked us out that I was the one who wrote this review)

We ordered in the kiosk and was given our bag but luckily we checked and they were missing a few items. I ordered the cravings box and got only 1 taco from them and a small fry then I ordered 2 chalupas supreme combo and only got 1 chalupa and 1 taco. We politely told them that they were missing our items and they told us they couldn’t do anything to help. We did not get a receipt from the kiosk and they asked for the name of the order but still did nothing. So we paid for food that we never received. SHOULD NEVER go here!!

If I could leave zero stars then I would based off of the customer service alone. I went through the drive-thru because I had a coupon and when I stood at the counter inside to tell them that ( they only have a kiosk to order from) and they just stood there until I decided to leave to go through the drive-thru nobody greeting here said anything to me then when I went through the drive-thru I wanted to order three of the same tacos but in a combo meal because I wanted my drink and aside then the person at the drive-thru said there’s no way I could order what I wanted to order because the boxes were built a certain way but I wasn’t even ordering a box and they wouldn’t even just let me order what I wanted

I love this Taco Bell. The staff is so friendly all the time!!! The service is fast. I hope this atta boy gets to them. This Taco Bell is so much better than the one at 14 and Ryan. The food there has been cold on multiple occasions, and the people there are rude. Not going there again. It’s worth the drive to go to Hall and Shoenherr.

Do not order or pickup doordash orders here. I literally watched at least 15 cars go though the drive through. Asked manager Domadic (might have been Dominic) why I’ve been waiting almost 20 mins for this order..his reply was “we get to it when we get to it” while the bald coworker tossed the customers food on the counter from a few feet away. Stellar customers service. If they care that much about their customers I can only imagine how much they care about food handling and sanitation. April 2 1am
