Today on Saturday 8/19/2023 at around 6-7pm my boyfriend and I pulled into the drive through and were not greeted nicely. We sat there for a good 3 minutes without a response until my boyfriend coughed and this lady angrily said over the microphone “order when you’re ready” with a huge amount of attitude. For no reason. We tell her our order, then tells us to pull up to the second window. We come to the second window and she tell us our total, we pay, hands us the bag and immediately closes the window. We then check the bag, and It was not what we asked for . So we look over and she gives us this nasty look and puts up one finger as in signing to tell us to wait, again, with a huge amount of attitude. She opens the window back up and says “what?!” We let her know that what she handed us was not our order, she goes on to say “What do you mean it’s not your order? That’s what you asked for!” My boyfriend then tells her that we had ordered a number 7, then she says “OMG!” And after completely slams the window. Then what seems like a manager or supervisor came to the window and took care of us from there, as she is ranting and going off in the background and he (manager or supervisor) motions to her to calm down. He gets us our correct order, shout-out to him for being kind and understanding and giving us better service than this lady ever could. I hope she has better days. Anyways, God bless. 🙂

This store forgets food. Doesn’t answer the phone when you call to fix the issue AND the front window girl Tycira is rude and disrespectful!! Don’t ask them to fill your drinks that you pay for either because you’ll have the window shut in your face!

I had the worst ever experience there. I was treated so rudely and then found a very purposeful hair left on my incorrectly prepared food. They went out of their way to bully me without any provocation. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life, and as a former food service worker have nothing for respect for the hard work and rude customers that they endure. They also refused to provide a receipt in an attempt to prevent me from complaining.

we ordered through doordash. #1 we didn’t get what we ordered, we were missing 2 things #2 i tried to call to let them know about an allergy 3 times but they answered and immediately hung up each time. #3!!!! the food THAT WE DID GET was old, un-edible and stale (don’t get the fiesta potatoes, crunchwrap or quesadilla). they’re uncaring, lazy, etc. if you’re mad being paid $15/hr then get a better job!!!! waiting for a refund because the whole experience was horrible. don’t go / order from here

It was a take out, Ordered 12 different items and 4 were missed, some extra drink was there. Everything so messed up. Chicken Crunchwrap had beef and potatoes!! Sauces were missed as well….Never had such poor experience at any Taco Bell before

Absolutely disgraceful. Our doordash driver didn’t deliver our first order. Only drinks. Contacted doordash and reordered. This suckhole location put both order recipes on the same bag over 30 minutes apart apart from each other and sent over hour old food. Food came about 25 minutes after the 2nd order. Cold, soggy, not edible.
