Placed and online order to be picked up inside, and the doors were locked.. when someone came to the door they refused to let me pick up my food and said I had to go thru the drive thru. I saw my bag sitting on the mobile pick up shelf. After waiting 30 mins thru the drive thru they gave me the cold food that was sitting on the shelf for 30 mins…. What a joke. I didn’t realize no one could just walk my food to the door for me. Don’t place online orders what a disappointing location. They could have remade it at least by the time I got home it was soggy and gross.

This taco bell used to be good until recently. I work right next to this one and every time I go I’m waiting 15+ minutes with only 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru. Literally the last 3 times I’ve gone here they didn’t give me all of the food I ordered. The food that Im given is a pile of slop and trash. Absolutely a joke. And also they can’t use the excuse of being short staffed cuz I literally saw atleast 5 workers in the kitchen. Joke of a place. Figure your shi out.
