Probably the best Taco Bell in Waterford. But for the love of everything, check your food before leaving the drive thru. This place is notorious for missing food items and missing small customizations like no tomato or sour cream. Check. The. Food. Before. Leaving.

This is quite literally the worst taco bell in the area. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way just to avoid this place. No matter how many times you say you want sauce packets, they forget them. You get chips and cheese, and the cheese containers are far less than half full.

some guy with a large beard and glasses messed up our whole order, refused to give us the correct stuff we did order. refused to give us a receipt for what we paid for. and lied to us about his name when we asked. we’re always treated well here and love the workers but this guy was obviously stoned out of his mind and can’t function on the job.

We were trapped in their maze of a drive through and after waiting nearly 20 minutes for 2 cars we finally were able to order and what do you know they gave us the wrong food mixed with the correct food we ordered. And we couldn’t even give the food back because we didn’t get any receipt. Everyone their is either high or just stupid.

Ordered online for inside pickup. Got to store and doors were locked. Had to wait in drove thru for almost 30 minutes. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time. Was told the were short staffed and can not turn off inside pickup. Food was cold after asking to make sure it was prepared fresh.

When I went to the second window to pick up my order, I said to the young girl, 3 regular tacos and a bean burrito, and she tried to hand me a Mexican pizza, and I told her my order again, amd she said sorry, and handed me my bag, when I got home I opened the bag and the order was all wrong.
