Got there at 8:45 to be told by an employee smoking in the parking lot that they open at nine. My son likes the bacon egg and cheese crunch wrap so I waited at the drive thru until 9:05. No one asked for my order. So I thought I would go in only to find the doors locked. It’s now 9:12. I hear the smoking employee at the dumpster coughing. I asked why they weren’t opened at 9:12 and he said drive thru is. The manager came out and said food wouldn’t be ready for at least 20 minutes because they got to work late as he tried to shut the door in my face. Horrible service.

About 20 cars in line when I arrived. Made it to 3rd in line to the window in about 25 minutes, waited another three total minutes and did move. Ended up leaving, when doing so I looked back and didn’t see any employees inside the drive thru window nor front windows. Young man on the speaker needs to figure out his customer service voice as well. It’s only a taco bell but I’ll never be back nor should others who wish to have nice restaurants in the area. Let’s force these fast food chains out.

This taco bell is the worst location I swear. They constantly mess up orders and don’t do anything about it. Me and my girlfriend came through the drive thru and placed a mobile order, mind you the line we waited in was fairly long and once we got the food i didn’t check until i got home. And realized i was missing my chips with my meal the cheese was there but no chips. So i went back up there and once i arrived the line was wrapped around the building. I then called the store and told them they forgot my chips that i had paid for and asked if someone could bring them out to me since the line was so long and they forgot them. He told me id have to wait in the line again. Like seriously that’s terrible customer service i already paid for them and there was 3 other employees in the back. So the employee i was speaking to hung the phone up on me and i ended up just leaving. Terrible service avoid this location.They simply just don’t care I will be calling corporate!

Yea, avoid this location for the evening hours past 9:00 either the staff forgot how to work? Lazy, slow i don’t know what the issue is. But save your time and go somewhere else for your money and time. The late night staff is terrible. No excuses. (Been in the drive through for 30 mins)

As an out of towner I was forced to eat in my car. No reason a lobby should be closed mid 2023 at 3pm. I got the most messy Doritos taco and burritos. The whole car was a mess from the food falling apart. Couldn’t eat the right way. To top it off they forgot to give me napkins, fork for my potatoes and the water I asked for! The only reason they got an extra star is because they weren’t cheap on the sauce!

I ordered taco bell online at the Maple location. They weren’t open and it was a 8-9 dollar order. They said they would reimburse me but never got it. Very upset and not ok with this. Will be contacting the authorities.
