Refuse to remake an order they messed up because they misheard the order. Never gave us a receipt to confirm the order. Employees were rude and unprofessional. Got hung up and blocked my phone number. Not the first time they have messed up orders. Not to mention the tacos feel wet and they didn’t even give us the sauce we asked for.

My husband and I entered the dining room. We were the only ones there. The Kids were making food for the drive-through. We were not even acknowledged standing there for at least 5 to 10 minutes. They probably thought if we ignore them, they’ll go away, so they got their wish, we will not return. To that store anyway. If there were negative stars, this establishment would get -5

30m wait for only two cars ahead of me. Finally get to the window to place my order, I get told “sorry we have some big orders right now” no one in front of me, 5m passes I get to order. Order is wrong, insanely thing burrito, also cold. Boy, I knew I should have had some dunce hats with me.
