Literally every single time I go here it’s , we have no rice,or no beans,or no beef and today was no lettuce. And they try to make up for by throwing out free taco coupons as if anyone cares.And when I get my food I’m missing multiple things all the time.What is going on there. Terrible fast food restaurant, if I was the owner I’d be investigating why I have so many negative reviews on my location.I’ll be going to another location from now on. Ridiculous. side note- I’m going to guess the same owner as the one on Corunna, because they do the same single car bs and not prepping food hours before close and telling you they are out.

This Taco Bell is so slow in the drive thru. The cashier with the pink hair was so rude today! He should not be in customer service. I also got back to work and half my order was wrong- how does this even happen? This place deserved 0 stars.

I don’t know how this Taco Bell makes money considering this is the slowest fast food location I have ever been to. It’s unfortunate that this location is the closest one to my house. The drive-thru line (even when there is only a car or two ahead of me) takes 20+ minutes to get through. After finally getting to the order screen, the employees make you wait an additional 2-3 minutes before even allowing you to order. At that point, they pretend they forgot what a taco is and ask you to repeat yourself multiple times. Once you get to the window, there is a new face every time (probably because of the terrible work environment), and the order may be right but it will probably be wrong. Do better, Taco Bell. It has been like this for the last year I have been coming here. Please hold somebody accountable.

On the most important day of my life, the birth of my baby boy I wanted to surprise my wife with her favorite food. She wanted her usual to ease her pain in the hospital. I ordered her the crunchwrap supreme and it came unwrapped. I was unaware as I did not open the bag until back at the hospital upon which we noticed her crunchWRAP was unwrapped, the food then spilled everywhere as a result and she remained hungry as she went into labor. As she was giving birth she exclaimed “IM SO HUNGRY”. It was at this moment that I shed a tear of disappoint, for myself, and for Taco Bell. I will never be returning here as the doctor said the hunger she felt may have had an impact on our baby and the effects of this won’t be known until later. If anything happens to be wrong because of this moment I will be sure to single handedly take down Taco Bell, and I wont do it in the shadows because… I am the shadows.

My husband calls to confirm that breakfast closes at 11am. They said yes they do. He says ok I’m 5 minutes away, they say ok see you soon … great. He pulls up to the window at 10:52am and starts to order breakfast. They say no they already closed down breakfast. He mentions the telephone convo but still said NOPE. There’s literally A SIGN AT THE MENU THAT SAYS BREAKFAST CLOSES AT 11AM. They were trying to close down early I’m assuming so their lazy a**** don’t have to do nothing. Reading the previous reviews, this is normal I guess. This was our favorite Taco Bell too and our only day off for breakfast, so typical of them to ruin it. Im convinced they shut down their breakfast before 10:50am at least. Other businesses will serve until 10:59am; don’t waste your time or gas coming here

Why don’t they just close permanently if there always closing multiple hours early, every time I go here after work( I usually get out around 9:30 to 10:30pm) all the lights are on and cars are there but no one takes my order, one time they couldn’t even make me a chicken chapotle melt(simplest thing on there menu) because there steamer was down. I suggested that they grill it, and they flat out said no. Worst Taco Bell around.

Came here last week and did not write a review. Was given the complete wrong food after waiting 30min. At that point I did not have time to go back per my lunch is only an hour long. Have another chance today. Ordered one of their duo combos and was told if I wanted them for that price I had to ask even tho it was on the menu. Fine I asked. False advertisement but whatever. Then I get to the window and get my food thrown at me. No drink. Lady had to come back and ask if I was missing it. Got it. cool. Drove ALL THE WAY back to my work again no sauce. Will be going all the way to Fenton from now on.
