I don’t usually wright reviews, I felt it necessary to this time, due to the awesome worker that offered to pay for my drink due to a problem Taco Bell was having with there self order station and before i could even get my wallet out or decide what flavor I wanted. They had offered to pay for it due to the inconvenience. “I wasn’t mad about the problem either I was just really craving one of there freeze drinks” I fell that with more and more of these self order things going in every where there’s not a lot of people skills being handed out, making experiences seem like we are all just living on a assembly line waiting for the end. So Taco Bell keep workers like that and I’ll keep coming back! Thank you again!

Really don’t like the redo inside taco bell, tables and seats feel like they want you to leave. Food good and cashier helpful and very pleasant. Prices have gone up enough that we can’t go very often., whish they could do a weekly or monthly special for seniors. Will continue to go there.

The cashier was extremely slow to come take our order and it took almost 10 minutes for us to get 2 chalupas and 4 tacos. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. However, my daughter’s tacos were made incorrectly and we had to take time to remove all the tomatoes from them since we couldn’t wait for a reorder.

Keep up the good work. This is the BEST Taco Bell that we go to know. Better then Washington Taco Bell. There service is fast and employees are friendly, professional and hard working. Every time we come here they are busy, friendly staff and hard working. Keep up the GREAT WORK. The parking lot was icy and they need to put salt before somebody falls.

The slowest service I have ever experienced. I cannot stress how terrible this Imlay City location has become. I waited 15 minutes and the line didn’t move at the drive-thru so I decided to go inside. They told me I could only place my order with the kiosk as they didn’t have any registers open. It was 6pm on a Thursday. Zero excuse for having nobody able to take my order. Other patrons inside were waiting 15-20 minutes to get their food so I decided to leave. I will NEVER waste another second here again.
