New employees, learning how to run the front . The music playing in the kitchen area was very loud and the employees waiting on the customers were asking multiple times about the order that the customers were giving cause they couldn’t hear what they were ordering. Was very unprofessional for a fast food restaurant .

Every time my family and I enter the building it’s always a mess. The floor is covered in food and sticky spots, the tables are disgusting, and the bathroom is always covered with toilet paper and little bits of trash. Some of the employees are just straight up rude and some are seemingly always having a bad day. The food isn’t awful, but every now and then you’ll find a bit of cheese or lettuce in something you asked for specifically without such; which is never fun. Overall, there are better places in town to get food where the dining area is clean and the customer service is good.

Took over 20 minutes to get my order of nacho fries, 1 power bowl, and 1 order of chips and cheese. I asked for a refund and was told my foods on the way. Lack of training on how to do a job and handle certain things is an issue. Poor work ethic is a serious issue as well.

Taco bell isn’t all it’ is saying believe me I worked there and for the managers I can say there are only a few that do there job other then that people smock in the break room and yet they have there job wow and when you try and talk too the manager they just close the door and say well that’s the end of that and people don’t clean there hands that is why I only had a few people make my food

The last 4-5 times I’ve ordered the chicken power bowl I was given no silverware. When I’m personally going through the drive through I can check before I leave…. But when I order DoorDash because I don’t have time to leave work, then I receive no silverware with my order, it’s a huge inconvenience because now either I don’t eat… or I have to leave work anyway to get silverware meaning the tip and fees to pay for DoorDash were wasted.
