The place literally just opened how can the food be cold and nasty. This is what I got when I opened my bag and most of the filling is in the bottom of the bag only half a hash brown was on the Crunchwrap. Worst Taco Bell around this is not the first time this happened. Hire some better workers this is garbage.tried to call and no one would pick up the phone.

Orders I place are often incorrect and I end up having to get them fixed, my meal today was served cold, dripping grease and oil all over the bag and my table. I was the only person in the drive through today, and despite the wait leading me to believe the food would be freshly prepared and up to normal taco bell standards, I was heavily disappointed. The young woman working the window was not friendly, didn’t listen to the order I placed, and was not fast. Severe disappointment, which is surprising because I don’t expect much out of taco bell when I go there. This location would do better as an empty lot, as the service I received likely carries through to other customers, causing them to lose money just to run the store. Absolutely horrendous.

Team is nice, But they seem to always mess up one way or another. Mobile ordered today she asked if everything was right on the menu I said yeah, they gave me nothing close to what I ordered. Told them it wasn’t my food so I gave them the receipt to fix it and they still messed up by forgetting an item and had to run back in. Again the team is usually nice but the food i get really isn’t worth it. Past couple orders my food look like something exploded.

The manager was extremely nice to us. They messed up our order but she remade everything personally for us. I would have rated it 5 stars but mannnnn… The atmosphere at this location is really off. It’s hard to describe. But there’s something definitely off about this place.

We had to wait a while for the food… They didn’t grill my grilled chicken burrito, so it was cold. My other burrito I don’t think you could really say it was folded. But there was only to off then working. They were very gracious and apologetic.

The location on East Holland is perfect. Right off Exit 149. Burrito & tacos are really good and the service is great! The only negative is the foot path. My husband and I work on the road alot so we eat out often. This is the WORST Taco Bell that we’ve ever been to! The Grilled cheese steak burrito had NO steak and the crunch wrap Supreme was SO dry that I couldn’t even eat it. It had a small dip of sour cream in the center and that was it. There was very little ground beef (only in the center) and a very small amount of tomato and very light lettuce. Don’t waste your money here! Go somewhere else.

If you go inside, you have to place your own order on a big tablet, no cashier. I waited 10-15 minutes while they filled every drive thru order before they bothered to notice my order. I will not be visiting this location again.
