Who doesn’t love taco bell? This particular location is recently remodeled and very clean, the night shift people are especially friendly & smiley. Maybe im biased because I actually work here but I know that my crew mates & I take a lot of pride in our work.. if ever a mistake is made we are quick to fix it for the customer with a smile on our face because we want everyone to have an enjoyable experience and keep coming back.

Super bad service as soon as we got to the screen to Order they tried to refuse to even take our order bc we had two. They Yelled at us for not reason at all! When we got our food and went to pull away a girl flipped us off for no reason remind you ( a worker). They were throwing stuff all around and didn’t even give us half our order and what they did give us was wrong! Every thing we got bearly had anything on it. Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to 100% DON’T RECOMMEND!

Kayla was VERY rude when they’re the ones that messed up my order. I would not recommend this location to ANYONE. Food was cold, not properly made, then when they “replaced” my food, it still wasn’t made properly. Did not get what I paid for. Not happy with this experience whatsoever. Never been so disrespected at any other fast food restaurant. There’s NO respect for CUSTOMERS at this location WHATSOEVER. Manager even swore at me as I was walking out the door. WOW. just WOW. Remember customers are the reason you all get a paycheck. This location is the worst. I didn’t even wanna give one star but it made me give one to leave a review. They deserve NO STARS!!!!

Drive thru is slow whether you’re the only one there or not. The blonde woman is always higher then giraffe kitty when i try to place my order. She took my Baja blast back and asked if I was sure that I ordered it. If you can’t work while high, don’t get high at all.

Went through the drive thru and got yelled at by the manager many times. As I was at the window manager was throwing stuff around in the building. As we pulled off she had flipped me off. Very disappointing because despite how rude she was I stayed respectful.

I wish I could give a zero star rating because that’s what they deserve. They didn’t have a single thing right off our order. We had the workers cussing and throwing up the middle finger at us and we were told they aren’t taking our order. How pathetic.

When I walked into the store i ordered and another hour later i still didn’t have my order. I counted almost 15 people walked in after me and got theirs before. They have the absolute worst service and the people don’t even communicate together. Never in my life have I ever seen a place more complicating. Went into Taco Bell to have lunch with my son . We ordered our food and drinks . The cashier obviously didn’t listen to us as she was taking our order. I ordered the grilled cheese burrito no sour cream. I get my food and what’s on it sour cream. Seriously! Then the cashier Darnisha what’s to get an attitude when it was her mistake in the first place. It’s been a long time since I’ve went to Taco Bell I remember now why I don’t go . Service sucks !!

Went through the drive thru at 1133am and kept getting interupted while trying to place my order lady taking the order is there anything else will that be ur order she had an rude tone to her voice after I said no I have more to add and I felt rushed through my ordering Barley had time to look at the menu and then had to wait at window for 5 minutes or more for someone to do my payment and food and they still messed up my order charged me extra for it to be supreme when I first ordered it all supreme they seemed irritated and in a rush when no one was behind me.
