I am very disappointed in the quality of the food here now. Although the store was clean and the service was fine, I couldn’t get over how skimpy the tacos have become. I ordered 2 regular hard tacos and was so disappointed that I felt compelled to include a photo of one of them to prove that I am not exaggerating. I had already eaten the first taco, which was just as sad looking as the one pictured and found it to be loaded with grease, but almost completely lacking meat or cheese.

The worst taco bell experience I’ve had in a long time. Food wasn’t made right and the service was awful. No meat in my burrito, wanted the jalapeno grilled onto my burrito and it was tossed on the side. We won’t be back.

Typically, I ask for the same thing, nacho belle grande, either black bean only or grilled chicken, it’s always a problem here. Typically the quantity and quality of the food here is hit or miss. Its the closest one to my job so I go here a couple times a month.

Absolutely terrible. Just got two of the new tacos. Nothing but hot grease. Ordered a chicken burrito supreme and a beefy 5 layer burrito. Burrito supreme had BEANS in it, not chicken and the beefy 5 layer burrito had barely anything in it. $20 down the drain. Screw this place.

2nd time coming here within 6 months and both experiences were horrible. 1st time we ate in the store, our food took super long to get out and were whipping out drive threw orders. 2nd time did a mobile offer giving them a second chance. Took 10 minutes to get there and 20 minutes for my order to get out. 2 employees went in customer view and took a smoke break. One came in didnt wash hands or put gloves on, the other on only put gloves on. While waiting one worker sat and danced for about 2 minutes and was say how he hates his job over and over.

I was the only one in line, made my order and thought all was well. The employees seemed bothered by a customer ordering…cool, idk what they have going on. I was getting my food handed to me when I pulled up before I paid, since nobody was in line behind and I forgot something I asked to add it to my order. I guess this was a huge deal and the employees were talking poorly of me for it and being rude? I ended up getting my food and was like well shoot I shouldn’t do that again, my bad. Turns out though they forgot my sauce, which was part of the original order that they tried to hand me, the beans in my food for the original order were powdery and old, then the fries and dilla I added on were cold, soggy, and dilla not even cut. The employees didn’t even care. I mean, if you’re going to be rude and talk poorly of a customer at least do something right. Now you just look like a fool and decided to show me why you’re making minimum wage and hate where you work. I’ll be avoiding this location, or be very critical of my food while waiting at the window. Judging by others reviews, this is the standard for this location.

I mean it’s taco bell, for food you get what you get. But this Taco Bell gets five stars because of Audrey Cook working the drive-thru, that girl is a freaking rock star deserves a raiseand has the best attitude I’ve ever seen. Made my day.

Me and my girlfriend went to taco bell for a quick meal, even ordered online and we both ordered the $5 boxes but whenever they were handed to us the boxes were completely mixed up and I was never given a fork for my potatoes; in the picture you see what is supposed to be a beefy 5 layer burrito but instead I discovered within the first bite after getting nothing but a mouthful of sour cream and tortilla that I wouldn’t even get to the “beefy” part of the burrito until I was already half way done with it, honestly very disappointed with the meal overall.

At first we noticed that they left out part of our order so we went back through the drive-thru to get it. Upon inspection of what WAS in the bag, the lid was not secured over my nachos, which is forgivable,but my taco was completely unwrapped, there was a sauce packet inside of it that conveniently highlighted the two hairs in it. When we got to the window to ask for a refund the cashier was clearly new and got berated by management when it clearly wasn’t his fault. He was unsure of how to process a refund and didn’t receive any help from management. Their attitude towards him was deplorable. Overall, the experience was infuriating as a food service manager myself.
