Excellent customer service skills here great welcoming atmosphere food was hot fresh and cheese cups. Was filled to the rim of the very top of the cup. Every taco Bell should fill their sauce cups as great as they do. This is the best taco bell I have been to since 2009.

This taco bell is super hit or miss, and I certainly wouldn’t attempt going there after 9pm on any day! The food is rarely prepared properly, the staff usually isn’t the friendliest, and it’s just SUPER hit or miss these days. It’s worth driving the extra 4 minutes further north to the Taco Bell just past Meijer on Cedar St.

Ordered a Beefy Melt Burrito and asked for extra beef and extra nacho cheese. Got charged for the modifications. The pathetic excuse for a burrito I received was ridiculous. It didn’t even have the crunchy tortilla strips in it, there was basically no beef, and almost no nacho cheese. It was mostly rice with a TINY bit of nacho cheese and maybe a bite’s worth of beef. Highly unsatisfied and will most likely never return to this location as it was not the first time I’ve had ridiculous order issues with them. ESPECIALLY for when they’re NOT busy.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at taco bell. Person working the drive thru up sold us to a large for 10cent more plus suggested a box witch saved me 12$ on order. Also everything was fresh off the line.

Got threatened by an employee who wasn’t working the drive thru and was rude towards me! Not to mention a couple of weeks ago while I was going through the drive through and they couldn’t take my order because an employee just had got arrested while at work and could take my order because they were short staffed after that!

While waiting for our order, we watched an employee working the line eat a nacho fry out of someone’s order before he put it in the bag! Not only is this stealing from the company and customer, but he just contaminated every order after that because he didn’t change his gloves either! Disgusting. Maybe the health department should visit?
