Service here is like pulling teeth you either get someone who knows what they are doing or totally messed up your order. We had the latter this time ordered 8 crunchy tacos no cheese. Got 9 soft tacos extra cheese brought it back to the manager they said that is exactly what you ordered. I said I wouldn’t be complaining if it was what I ordered my wife is lactose intolerant…. She can’t have cheese. *Blank look silence for a min* what you want then…. I understand it’s hard getting help these days but please understand I want what I paid for

First of all, we walked into the taco bell. We decided to order off of the kiosks. The place smelled like Old Beef and Cheese. We sat down, and took almost 20 minutes for just a few crunchy tacos and nachos. It was insane. The atmosphere was very weird, and rubbed me the wrong way. Once we finally got our food, I took a bite into the taco. The taco was super greasy, and had HAIR in it. You never want to see hair in your food. The food was horrible, the service was horrible, took forever, atmosphere was weird. Only reason why im giving the food 2 stars is because the Baja Blast was good.

Always understaffed, long lines, and errors in their orders. Simple solution is to pay competitive wages…more staff..greater work flow…better bottom line, simple business. Cars are always pulling away from this place because they don’t want to wait in line.

This Taco Bell is the GOAT. Historically I never went to taco bell because the food was usually always bad, never made correctly, missing items, etc. This location is not like that at all. The food is always fantastic, always correct, packaged nicely, and the service is very polite and friendly. This stands true for drive thru, in store, or delivery. Keep up the great work guys.
