I’ve never been to this location and been happy with my visit. Because of the way the drive through is set up I’ve been stuck in the drive through line with no way to turn around or get out for about an hour before. I’ve ordered online, had the money taken out of my account, and when I came to pick up the food they were closed because of staffing. It took forever to get refunded. Most recently they didn’t give my husband and I our complete order. When we got home I called, it rang three times and went “voicemail” but it was just an automated message saying all the team members were busy and to call back later. There was no option to leave a message.

Place is awful, food was cold, like the beef was still frozen in chunks, order was wrong, not even the food I ordered, we got there 40 minutes after someone else and they hadn’t got their food yet and we had it in 10. They either forget your order or screw it up, every time I’ve been there they’ve messed something up, and they don’t give refunds for the screwed up order, nobody in there actually works, they were all standing around and they are obnoxiously loud, the entire time just yelling and hollering nothing work related, absolutely do not recommend going here

I love Taco Bell at pretty much every location but Benton Harbor messed up. Ordered two party packs and the staff vocally complained about it over the speaker. I waited 20 minutes. The result? Of the 24 tacos I got, 20 were crushed. As far as a taco goes, inedible. Unacceptable.

Ordered through drive thru and order was messed up… Drive thru had a lot of cars so attempted to come up to the door and the guy refused to come see what I needed even though I had a receipt and stuff in hand… Very disappointed with everything.
