I love this location. We stop every time we drive to Chicago. Our order was accurate, food was tasty, and staff was friendly and professional.

They made my food blazing fast. The steak bowl was good. The burrito Supreme seemed to lack substance. Needed something more solid like rice. They were out of the dragon tropical tea which they were advertising. Restaurant was clean.

Paw Paw is very busy at gas stations and restaurants in summer, but this Taco Bell location has become the stop I can count on, a few times a year when work has me driving to Detroit and back to SE Wisconsin. Accurate, quick, and friendly employees. They’re all fantastic.

The woman at the drive through window in the morning is the rudest fast food employee. I have ever run across.

I went through the drive-thur around 11pm. The food was ok kinda sloopy put together but still tasted decent, and it came out fairly quickly not much of a wait which was nice. However the lady on the head set and in the window (who i think was the same person) was just plain rude. Suckin her teeth at me like I’m an inconvenience to her. I guess that’s how ppl talk to each other these days. But being rude to your customer is just unnecessary.

Its a fast food place. So it wont have the best food. Thats to be expected though. Its the trade off for having it served hot, fresh and quick. Still usually its teens, young adults or those just unable to find work else where. I feel bad for them all cause sometimes they get swamped by 3-5 bus loads of kids from out of town. They do there best and always serve in a quick manner.

Arrived with my family around 9:05pm. We did not notice the note hanging off the speaker saying they were closing early because we were greeted by someone through the speaker. So after trying to place an order the person replied,”probably not”. And then said,” you didn’t reply to me when I said good evening”. If you were not open a simple “sorry we are closed” would have been sufficient, but to act unprofessionally was uncalled for.

Nor bothered much by a slightly discomforting taco bell parking lot but the food was, and pretty much always is on point. I don’t care how any of it gets made, it taste fantastic. I’ve tried pretty much everything on the menu at one point or another…. well maybe don’t get the specials until yer buddy taste it first hehe.

I usually stay away from taco bell because of food allergies (they are not gluten free or celiac friendly) but my coworker wanted to stop for breakfast. He got his food quickly and said it was good. We spent our 30 minute lunch here and the manager had an argument with one of the employees at the counter and it got heated. I understand we were the only customers in the restaurant that early but it was very awkward to listen to. These things need to be addressed in the office not where customers can hear everything. Other then that it was clean and comfortable.

I like the kiosk ordering. The pop machines were out of CO2 in the front and back but they continued to sell pop (soda). I would have shut it down and said sorry no carbonated drinks right now. It didn’t seem like a big deal to them but flat Pepsi ifs kinda gross.
