I don’t eat out very often and tonight was a good example of why. You pay almost 9.00 for three soft taco supremes and when we got them there was such a small amount of meat that you couldn’t even taste it and there was no sour cream on them. I am very disappointed in how things have been the two times I have been to this Taco Bell in the last few months. The girl at the drive through window was very friendly but the food sucked

The redesign screams anti-homeless and anti-fat. I’m a skinny guy, yet my a** has to hang over another table to be able to sit at the benches. The benches are thinner than before and the padding has been removed. The stools are shorter than before and the back rest was removed as well. This was my favorite spot, but now you’ve made it uncomfortable to visit the lobby.

Never add silverware to the bags, or napkins, not once out of all the times I’ve doordashed from them. I’ve even called about it and asked they try and remember, nothing changes and they don’t even apologize. The drink they gave me is completely warm, they didn’t even bother to put ice in it. How hard is it to do the bare minimum?

I don’t typically leave bad reviews – especially for fast food restaurants, because, what would you expect? Well, I would expect for their to be an attempt at getting the order right. I’ve visited multiple times over the past year and at times when they weren’t even busy. Sometimes, they gave me someone else’s order altogether. Sometimes there was an item missing. Tonight, I asked for Fire sauce, but the bag was full of mild. Better training is definitely needed for this Taco Bell. I may change my review if they improve so we’ll see.

The teenager was rude talked loudly about customers when they walked away. Told me that I placed my order right before I walked in that is why it wasn’t ready. Every time I order food from Sturgis Taco Bell, they always forget items and mess up my order, as well as forgetting my sauce. Before you give an order out, you need to seriously make sure that everything is there, because as a paying customer its not fair for me to get ripped off and not get things I paid for.
