One of the worst Taco Bell’s as far as consistency in their food preparation! This is the 3rd time in a row I’ve had similar experiences! Cold food, non heated brittle tortillas, sauces only in one end! This $h!t is disgusting!!!

Well if I was the owner I would be concerned. The reviews are correct, in consistent on the food, the heat, the amount of ingredients and it’s just messy. Just got a burrito supreme and it was almost $5.00 for one item, 2 weeks ago got one and it was good, heavy, large and full of ingredients. Wanted to go back to have the same experience and Burrito supreme for the price should be full and large. So when they gave me the bag at the drive through it was light, almost didn’t even feel if anything was in the bag. I should have turned around at that point and went back, had to get somewhere, so I opened it up and sure enough it was a joke of $5.00. There was no beef just about, no tomatoes at all, no sour cream, and a little beans at the end of the burrito it was all soft shell pretty much. I tried to support local food places but this is it. Won’t even go back ever! See photo. The burrito was smaller than my hand and it was so thin it was like a taco. $5.00 wasted was barely warm, and no ingredients. Lobby was extremely dirty. Planned on dining in and decided to take my food to go. Best chicken quesadilla I’ve had from a two bell location. Staff was very nice but could manage their time better and clean the lobby.

Beware, I’ve never had food poisoning once in my life until I ate at this Taco Bell. I had the classic $5 combo. The cinnamon twists tasted off, and 4 hours later, I was puking my guts up. Avoid this location at all costs.

I went in to get food for doordash and they didn’t ask me any questions they didn’t even say good evening this is your order or anything they. Didn’t ask about doordash? They just put the stuff on the counter and shoved it. At me and left everybody in there was unfriendly. I would never go back here again unless I had to and then I have to think twice if anybody should get a free thing. For bad service it would definitely be me yesterday the most unfriendliest atmosphere I’ve ever been in.

Hit or miss every time. Some times their food is great. Others it’s lacking or missing something. 50/50 each time. I always check my bag before leaving to make sure I at least have everything. New workers every other week. Terrible service and communication 90% of the time. I’m afraid to see what’s back there where the food is made. I only go back because my partner loves taco bell otherwise I’d never go back to this place.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Got it earlier in the week only piece of quesadilla that had chicken was center piece. Also felt like it was made an hour ago, Mexican pizza looked like it was tossed around, tacos were soaking wet. Went back this evening on the way home. Quesadilla was hard had been made awhile ago and also didn’t have any jalapeño sauce on it. My boyfriends chili cheese burritos were hard and basically consisted of all cheese and hardly no chili. He didn’t even eat his, what a waste of money. We sat in the drive through for twenty minutes because it was busy so the food should have been fresh. The owners need to check in and get the place in order because it sucks and the recent reviews reflect it and are saying something.

Wish I could give them negative stars. About a month ago, my boyfriend and I came at about 11:30 pm to the store. The drive thru light was ON, and so was everything else, the building appeared to be open. Went through the drive thru, no one answered. People walked past, completely ignoring us. Eventually, I went to the front, saw two women sitting in an office, both with headsets. Knocked on the window, thinking they were open but didn’t realize someone was there. Through this knocking, both women looked over at me (different times) as if to see if I was still there. I was COMPLETELY IGNORED. I would’ve completely understood if they came to the door and said “due to —, we are no longer open”. All it would’ve taken was “My apologies, we aren’t open”, and I would’ve happily moved on. TERRIBLE service, incredibly rude. It was a very frustrating situation, and we have never been back and never will be back.

Messed up my order so I had them redo it and they literally threw the bag at me when giving me my meal back. Absolute garbage set of people they have working there and theyve messed up almost every order I’ve placed there it seams. And the staff also seams like they don’t know how to make the food items correctly
