Super slow service. The employees were rude. I got a deluxe box. Only one taco was folded neatly. The other were just thrown on the bag. I couldn’t even eat them. AND THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY DRINK!!! Do NOT go to this Taco Bell, they suck.

I have been to this Taco Bell twice now. Both times, I have waited well over ten minutes for my order. I even watched people receive their orders before me, even though I placed my order before them. It should not take fifteen minutes to make four tacos. I have never had this issue anywhere else, and definitely not twice in a row. When I brought up my wait time, I received a kind, sorry, at least. I will most definitely recommend going somewhere besides this place.

If this place gets your order right go buy a lotto ticket because luck is on your side! Being one of the few fast food options in Rockford it used to be a frequent place for us, but given some dietary restrictions (no beef, no cheese) I tend to substitute beans for beef and get no cheese. You’d think getting a taco with no meat was the hardest thing to accomplish since this location is 1/50 on succeeding.

Great for ease of order and fast service. Though you prolly wont get what you ordered if you dont want somthing on your food. Getting a replacement is easy but a time consuming process if you dont check before leaving. Asked twice for no lettice and confirmed a third time and still got lettice and no tomattoes. Spend your hard earned 20 dollars elsewhere because for that price for two people you shouldnt have the issues that you do here especially for only three tacos and a buritto. Food will also get cold fast and not taiste the same unless eaten within 10 min of being served. Customer service rather ignore you and talk to eachother than listen and quality check.

They are constantly out of things. They ran out of the sauce for the limited time burrito, offered to replace it with a different sauce, then charged me for it. If it weren’t run by kids and drug addicts, more attention could be focused on customer service. And pro tip: tell the one girl to stop using the using fake anime girl voice, its annoying and embarrassing.

Literally never get your order right. Most of the time I get the nachos. I do customize it quite a bit but it is never right! Half the time it doesn’t even come with meat on it. Pay for extras and they don’t even put it on there. Rockford doesn’t have a whole lot of options for quick lunch so it sucks that this place can’t ever get the order right. People are always nice though so that’s a plus.

Worst experience. First it took over ten minutes in the drive thru. I ordered a #3 which is 3 soft tacos and I asked that they be supreme. Well I guess they forgot how to put the sour cream in the taco because they added the sour cream to the wrapper! Not even any in the tacos.
