When I showed up there was no line yet it still took 2 to 3 minutes for someone to talk to me and when they did they told me they were out of tomatoes onions hot sauce guacamole and a few other things, I don’t know what you call Taco Bell that does not have the ingredients to make a taco. I hope they fix this because it’s in a good location and I was planning on being a repeat customer.

So never once has my order been fully correrct.. I understand I ask for no tomatoes and it happens once in a while but as seen in the picture still got then and they are nasty. Tops, semi green and just gross when eating. Hence why I ask for none…. I understand staffing issues but it’s a joke of a place to work for too… nothing against the employees(we all know they are under paid and not treated well enough for them to deal with things like this. I wouldn’t care enough either. I like the food just would be nice to get what I ordered properly for once…. seriously not once …. even when it was a replacement order still messed it up……

Came in around noon and there was one other table in the restaurant. Waited for five minutes while the two girls working looked at me and whispered to each other about me and continued to ignore me . I waited for a while and finally put my order in at the kiosk. Right as I began to order a few men came in and were quickly greeted and served their food while my children and myself continued to wait for our order. The customer service here is horrible. I got a “sorry for your wait” but it wasn’t the wait that was the issue.

Do not leave the store or drive thru without checking your order. Every time we go here something is always wrong with the order. Last time I called all the manager said was they must of been busy and said to file the complaint on the app which no one contacts you so there is no point.

AVOID THIS TACO BELL AT ALL COSTS! We live a couple miles away. We have tried to order food here on numerous occasions and it’s rare for them to not be out of something or get all of our items ordered. It’s not uncommon to be told they are out of key ingredients like ground beef or shells that make almost every item. Items are always missing and if your lucky enough to be able to order what you want and actually get the food, there’s still a good chance your beans are dry, cinnamon twists or chips are bitter from old grease or stale, or the meat is sparse. Management does not care when you get home without your food on multiple occasions or that they never have ingredients to make the menu items. They don’t apologize, they shrug you off, give some attitude, and might throw a coupon your way for a taco or two that no one wants to or ever uses. Let’s not forget the times they have randomly closed during their scheduled business hours. I have never experienced any of these issues at any other taco bell in all my years.

Ordered two chili cheese burritos and they couldn’t make them. They didn’t know how. They gave me some kind of mix between a bean burrito and something else. Sure as hell not chili cheese. Incompetent staff leads to lost revenue. Will not be returning.
