What is the point of ordering online, when they lock the doors at 11 PM so you can’t pick up your food and have to wait in the drive thru line behind 8 other cars? I ordered my food online, arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes later, couldn’t get in due to the doors being locked, sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes only to be told that they hadn’t even started making my order yet. Sat in the parking lot for another 10 minutes before my food was ready. Then had to sit in the drive thru line AGAIN for another 10 minutes before being able to pick up my food. Terrible experience.

I ordered a crunchwrap Supreme to go. I had to use the computer to place the order by the counter. There might of been a teaspoon of beef in the crunchwrap…. extremely disappointed.

We went through the Taco Bell drive thru with my family tonight. We ordered $17 worth of food. Got home to eat. Both of my vegetarian items were wrong. I bit in to a mouthful of beef. The second item which was supposed to be substituted with bean was only packed full of rice. I called them to tell them my order was completely wrong and now I do not have dinner to eat. I live in Glenn so I’m 20 minutes away. The “manager Sarah” did not apologize but told me to come back when I told her I live far away she said I can send you a coupon for 1 item I said that’s not really acceptable. No apology or anything. She then hung up on me so I called back and said I used to work at Taco Bell and this isn’t how we treated customers she then said to me “oh yeah, you used to work here then why don’t you come make your own food.” And hung up on me again. She also said “good luck calling corporate they won’t do anything about it.” Seriously so bothered by this behavior. Not okay.

I go here fairly often, and they have the friendliest window staff in the drive through. I always get an online order, pull up to the window, and multiple times now I’ve have a nice friendly conversation with the guys at the window, this time specifically it was Cameron, and he was great asking about my day and the likes.
