I would rate Taco Bell with a 3.7-star review based on my recent experience. While I did encounter a problem with their app, resulting in an incorrect order, I appreciate that Taco Bell swiftly addressed the issue. They promptly resolved the mix-up by ensuring that I received the correct food items that I had originally ordered. Though the initial error was disappointing, their proactive response and willingness to make it right demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, despite the minor setback, I found the food enjoyable and their customer service commendable.

This Taco Bell has had consistent terrible service. They have forgotten order items on multiple occasions and forgotten to give a receipt, which makes fixing an order that much more difficult. Not only do they forget food, but when we ask them to fix the mistake, they seem unwilling to help us. Terrible window etiquette, horrible drive-thru service, and no customer service skills makes for a bad visit. When we pulled around to get our missing food items this time, the woman at the window acted confused and asked us to repeat our request three times before finally going back to retrieve the food. Then, a man came to hand us our bag, shoved it roughly through the window, and shouted “next time, stop at the speaker,” and left without another word. “Yes, you too! Have a nice night! We appreciate your willingness to help. Yes, the next time you mess up our order, which you assuredly will, we will NOT forget to stop. At. The. Speaker. So we don’t mess up your ‘system’!”

I have been going to this location for about a year and unfortunately this location is very prone to issues. It’s not uncommon for them to have technical issues like being only able to accept cash. I’m not sure if they are often restaffing in the kitchen as I only interract with the drive thru staff, but it’s rather common to have issues with your food in my experience. I.e. today I ordered a sausage crunchwrap and they put steak in it instead of sausage. To my knowledge, that’s not even on the menu. When the grilled cheese burritos were on the menu, about 5 or 6 times someone had put a lot of lettuce and tomatoes in the burrito, which is not even an option on the menu. They seem to be rather accident prone in making food in some rather bizarre ways. The staff at the window are usually very kind and nice, so that’s always been a plus. I probably will not be returning to this location anymore as these issues have continued for almost a year now. Personally I recommend South Holland Taco Bell, prior to moving to north side that was my go to. Great food, great service.

I’ve gotten used to a kind of “mid” experience with fast food, namely McDonalds and Taco Bell, but this is the one location in Holland that never misses the mark for me. Only here have I actually received warm burritos, usually getting room temperature or straight up cold shells because they don’t use the heat plate km the kitchen. All the food as well was fresh and tasted great, including limited time items and constant menu pieces. As a former Taco Bell worker I know making sure the food is always fresh is a pain, and to know that the employees here take time and care about what they give out is wonderful!

I call this place Taco Hell smh the food is always sloppy, soft shells are stiff and stale shells. Food always made wrong definitely not even worth eating if this place is your only option just starve . I do NOT eat here anymore 3 times of disappointment was good enough for me. Maybe the need a night manager change or a new whole 3rd shift crew.

The food that was correct was good and served neatly. My husband is a vegan and ordered a black bean chalupa minus the dairy products, we had to go through the line THREE times because the first time there was cheese the second time there was sour cream. The second time in the line my husband tried to tell the boy the mistake and the boy cut him off with an attitude and rushed him to the window before he finished his sentence. My husband apologized when we got up there and the boy didn’t even acknowledge him! The third time I just ordered the chalupa with the mods through the app and paid for it *again* in the hopes that maybe with a new order they’d get it right. There was still one stray piece of cheese in there but it was finally right.

Our order was mixed-up a little with 2 wrong items it was a very large order so I can understand a mistake. When I went back to resolve the issue, the manager was very understanding and gave me the product I was missing plus complimentary drinks and 2 coupons for free tacos.

Had a wrong coupon, they where rude about it, put hair in my food then went to get money back, no one help me for 2 minutes, now trying to blame me, service was horrible, the store was dirty, never will I go back, it was 2 years before now and never again, no more taco hell for us, have pictures and videos of it all. Note, no one that was with me has black hair, this store is bad
