Ordered 3 hard tacos, got 3 soft tacos. Sat in line so long they were cold. Took them home and grilled them into hard shell tacos. Cashier pleasant enough. Sign is so hard to read since the print is tiny. Someone behind me got bored and left the line. Didn’t seem to not have enough employees since there were two at the drive thru. Not sure what the problem is.

No exaggeration – this is the worst fast food location I have ever been to in my life. I consistently have had to wait a minimum of 20-30+ minutes every time I try to get food here but after tonight I give up – this last visit was over half an hour of me standing around waiting for my order to be filled at 6:30 at night as the only person inside during prime dinner time, and only ordering a chalupa box to-go. I just wanted some tacos but I can go to the store, buy ingredients, and make them myself faster than this location can.

ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE IF IT’S TO GO! We ordered a 16 piece extra crispy meal with 4 sides 2 mashpotatoes and gravy,1 coleslaw and 1 macaroni to go. I checked it as we were pulling out of the driveway to find they didn’t give me either one of the potatoes and gravy. We had to turn around and go back in and tell them I didn’t get either one of the potatoes and gravy they did get it them to me. I was so glad I checked before as I wouldn’t have been to thrilled to have discovered that when we got home 45 minutes later. The food was good, I would just hate for someone to order something to go get all the way home and have to țurn around and go back.
