Beautiful new building. But nobody at the cash register so everyone has to use the kiosk. The most complicated ordering process imaginable. Wanted to sit at a booth but the place was empty and old dirty alone clean. Seriously? I used to love Taco Bell.

Some lifeguards are very authoritarian, for instance, I was teaching one of my kids to swim without a swim jacket, and I explained to him that while I am with my kid in the pool it would be my responsibility how I wanted my kid to learn to swim, from that moment he started calling me out for anything my kids was doing in the pool, I felt observed observed all the moment, when he rotated his position he reported to the next lifeguard about me. Can you imagine being surveillance by these kids (called lifeguards) at all moment. Basically my kid and I didn’t enjoy the pool at all, so we decided to live.

Super friendly staff, have eaten here multiple times, only issue I had once was when they accidentally gave us supreme tacos instead of regular for 1/2 of the 12 pack we ordered. To most people this seems like a free upgrade, unfortunately for me I cannot eat sour cream. Every other time has been great though

The WORSE taco bell they really need to close it..fire half your night staff! There ruining this location I’ve been there couple times now. First time they gave me a wrong burrito! We waited patiently for 10 minutes.. they forgot we was waiting on a burrito! The second time we go to walk in they lock the door on us before we reach the door all standing at the front not one of them said anything to us! There extremely rude bunch

I usually love taco Bell but this one was the worst one I have been too in several years. Burrito was salty, no sour cream, fries had too much seasoning. They had a sign up saying to use the kiosk. Four employees were just standing and chatting. One was on his cell, he had gloves on so I assume he was preparing food. Another family came in after us. Got their food sat down ate part and threw over half out and left. I am glad I am only visiting from out of town and not have to come back here.

I came to taco bell around 11pm and i had asked them to give me a second, when i was ready to order no one replied. I had to say hello since there was no response. She continues saying “I can hear you and I’m here until 1”. I then asked her if they had steak quesadillas and there was a long silence. She then continues to answer with “You wanted the steak quesadilla? , if you want it then just ask for it . I was confused on if I heard right so I asked her if she could repeat herself. and she continues on saying the same thing again. Do not recommend coming here , such a rude environment and disrespectful employees!! If they do not want to work they shouldn’t even apply for a job . This has happened multiple times and nothing is done about it , the managers can’t even control their own employees and do nothing in respect towards the customer concerns . Will never come back.

Don’t expect anyone to take your order after 11:30PM. On multiple occasions after getting off of work, we’ve attempted to just get some quick food instead of having to cook for the night, with no luck. You can sit in the drive through all you want but either the employees just leave for the night or they’re sitting in their car refusing to make eye contact with you so that you just leave.

The workers were terrible and didn’t say a thing the intire time. Food was horrible my chicken casadea didn’t have chicken. The workers where blasting music with a speaker and kept cussing and yelling at each other. The songs they were playing had terrible language to…. Would not recommend coming here
