Horrible, ordered on line, walked my 12 pound shih tzu to taco bell. Call them at my arrival and asked if they could hand me my order at their front door. Woman on phone told me I’m sorry we don’t do deliveries. You’ll have to come in. Nobody in line and I still wait 9 minutes until I was able to talk with anyone. Poor service, no complaints about food.

I had my order and a another separate order due to someone catching a ride, and they told me at this location they can only do 1 order per car, Wow never heard of such a thing in my life, and I was just out of town and did 3 orders up by des moines. Have always been a huge fan of Taco Bell but the customer serviced I received last night has me questioning whether or not I want to come back. Ever. I am unsure of who the manager is but it might be time to start paying attention to the most recent reviews your store is receiving and do a dive into the bare minimum of customer service. A majority of people will understand being short staffed in the climate we are in now, however, being rude or just down right not acknowledging anyone at all is pathetic. What’s even more pathetic though is trying to call and resolve the problem and the phone being answered by the same girl who wanted to radiate terrible energy in the first place. Will always love Taco Bell but it may be time to hire people who at least have the ability to fake manners to the public eye.

Ginger had an attitude with me when I called because they forgot items in my order. I was speaking with her and she started aggressively speaking to me as if I was a child being scolded for their mistake. She told me she was the one working that section and personaly made my order, well ginger you still messed up my order and didn’t want to fix it. I hope you our manager sees this, because you were awful to speak with. Needless to say I don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon. The food I did receive was cold, and still incorrect. What an awful experience. Just awful. I will not be giving anymore of my business to this disgruntled employee or this taco bell.

I ordered several meals for my family my 18 year old daughter wanted to pay for her own but was unable to for we couldn’t place two separate orders from the same car they didn’t box our box meals my Mexican pizza was at the bottom smashed the tacos were extremely small and broken my burrito supreme didn’t have lettuce or tomatoes I’m not sure even if it was a burrito supreme for the amount of money that we paid we could have maybe spent a couple more dollars and went to a decent Mexican restaurant all in all extremely disappointed with the quality and service and presentation of the food This is not my first bad experience at this Taco Bell It is not werth calling and complaining more than likely I will never return to this Taco Bell

The service was horrible. No one acknowledged us at all. We had to finally say something to Them. The drive thru person was rude to us as well as staff. It took almost 30 minutes for our order and we only got some drinks amd one order of Cinnabons. The Pepsi was out amd we were rudely told that they knew it was out when we tried to give em a heads up. Awful experience.

Glad for the Mexican pizza. It’s good to be back. We enjoyed the pizza for years and we’re very disappointed when they took it away. I know it’s been back for a while but I just can’t believe they took it away in the first place. I never went to Taco Bell the whole time they were not serving the Mexican Pizza. You probably have many other wonderful things but I’m stubborn. I do eat some other things now that I think about it but I gave up on everything to protest. But they’re back so all is good again. Very polite lady working the window. Food was delicious, this was 7 months ago, had 5 stars previously. Tonight I was refused service because I asked the lady to stop talking because I was trying to read menu and I had my special needs daughter trying to point to what she wanted. The lady identified as the manager but refused to give me her name. She had to carry on saying I was being nice because I told you I got off the mic and got back on, so I was being nice. The whole time talking and I just said stop talking so I can read menu then she refused to serve me. I asked her for manager she said she was but wouldn’t give me her name, said she felt scared. At this point I hadn’t cursed or anything, was with my 15yr old who was driving and my special need, adult daughter in the back. I actually explained to her was I asked her to stop talking because of my daughter trying to point to what she wanted and she still just refused to serve us. No worries because we went right to Taco John’s, very polite and lady gave us All the time we needed to order
