I got the crunchy steak burrito and a chicken soft taco supreme. I haven’t been to Taco Bell in a lot of years because I am not a big fan of it. They use low quality meat and they don’t give you a lot of it.

Gave me a wrong order. Called and talked to the manager. They remade my order for me so it easy when i get there. Young teenagers told me to pull around to the mobile order parking spot, and someone would bring it out to me. So I did. Sat there 20 min and called the store back. He apologized, and I got my food. Brought it home. It was cold, and I didn’t have my nacho cheese or sour cream on that I paid for extra for. Never had an issue with them before until teenagers were working and messing it up.

Second day in a row (4/22 and 4/23/23) that the restaurant remained closed until 9am, yet the digital sign on the street continues to say “open 7am to 11am daily for breakfast.” You get the feeling nobody cares. If I was the franchisee, I’d be down there figuring out a solution.

I went into this Taco Bell this morning with my granddaughters for breakfast. The dining room and drive through were empty. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and didn’t see an employee. I then said “hello” and waved at employees chatting in a back room. Apparently, I interrupted a very important conversation because we were treated poorly even after attempts to lighten the conversation. Personal conversations over customer service. We were treated rudely and will not be back. I used to frequent this restaurant at minimum of 2 times a week. I have learned to put up with their “credit only kiosk “ ordering for lunch but will not put up with poor and rude service, especially in front of my grandchildren.

It’s a hit and miss for sure. Some of the nicest employees most of the time and service can be exceptional. Then the next time I go, they are rude and forget everything. One female in particular loves talking under her breath, like no one can hear her. I won’t be back for awhile. Last week we ordered food for 3 people, wasn’t busy, wasn’t busy after we ordered either. Our food was sub par, Mexican pizzas were so soggy and not hot. All three of us ended up getting sick…..

This was the second time going through their drive thru that I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and all they gave me was an extra large tortilla shell with a little bit of meat and a little bit of shredded cheese sprinkled in. It was disgusting. Someone needs to teach this location that’s not what the “grilled cheese burrito” is.

Can’t even get an order right got my mom not your Supreme and it look like it’s been sitting there for a day beans were dried up Tomatoes were soggy and the meat looked greasy as hell. My boyfriend and I decided that after work we wanted tacobell for dinner. I order a double steak grilled cheese burrito with extra cheese and sour cream. I never got it and that’s about an 8 to 10 dollars right there. I called about not getting it and was told there wasn’t anything they could do. No refund no nothing. Did even offer to email me a coupon for a free one or anything. So I got completely ripped off and now I don’t have anything for dinner either.

I went in the other day to get food and the woman working front counter, Katie, was incredibly rude and made me feel unwelcome, like I shouldn’t have been there, and like every thing I said personally burdened her. If I could leave a zero star review I would. Horrible customer service
