Waited 30 minutes for 1 $5 box meal and 1 free taco that i ordered on the app. Ordered free taco on wifes app at same time. Didn’t get that taco till we were done eating other food. And there were at least 5 people working. So much for fast food. And they were not overly busy.

DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN HARTFORD! Me and my SO have lived in town for 2 years and have never gotten an order correct. Service is slow as can be, management doesn’t care for the store or for training employees. They gave us a quesadilla that was basically a toasted tortilla with a few shreds of cheese in between. Absolutely unacceptable, we drive to beaver dam if we want taco bell now. If you’re in the area and want fast food just hit Jimmy John’s or McDonald’s, or even better yet Kwik Trip!

Came through after pulling up to McDonald a and finding out open 24 hours is a lie. Order on app didn’t work but not surprising as TBells app hasn’t been working all week. Anyways, food was hot, fresh and quick, dude who took the order and did window service was top notch for it being midnight. Kudos to y’all, give your late night crew a round of applause for showing up and working well

We had burritos and Chalupa. The chalupa edges had steel hard crust. Very small amount inside. The burritos were terrible wrapped up dough in a little tiny hand full of vegetables. Very disappointed very bad food. Never go back there again.

Use to come here a lot and it was my fav one to go to. Now the food is terrible, no better than the Milwaukee locations. Burritos are a shell and a bean lol. Terrible. This is why no one goes out to fast food anymore. Entitled kids thinking they’re worth $15 an hour but don’t have manners and can’t scoop cooked meat onto a shell

Unprofessional team. We went in for dine in and began to order at the self serve kiosk as the team member began to loudly and aggressively tell me, my wife and another customer that the lobby was closed and we somehow broke in the locked door which was not locked and no signage was posted stating they were closed at 715 pm on a Friday night.

Food is poorly made slop, unprofessional, rude, very slow. Closed the lobby early on a Thursday evening. Doordashers have to pick up from drive thru. Can’t handle a little rush of 4 cars at 830pm.
