Absolutely horrible! I paid for extra stuff on my nachos and didn’t get it. I ordered hot sauce and didn’t get it. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and it tasted like strawberry lemonade flavored water. I keep trying to give them chances but they always disappoint. They should just close and let a decent restaurant take their place.

Walk there from hotel at 8:23 door says lobby closes at 9 and the doors were locked with a bunch of people inside eating a customer opened the door and the guy behind the counter tells me there closed go through the drive through I tell him I can’t I have a semi then says don’t eat then Like really that’s how you treat truckers. 7$ for this it has not been touched suppose to be a nacho Bell grande with chicken instead of beef all I would take off the cover. I could have just ordered a bag of tortilla chips would have been pretty much the same thing

Always hit or miss. Some days the food is PHENOMENAL, other days (like today) taco & quesadilla are 1/2 empty of ingredients. Not crazy about eating plain, dry shells.

It can be a little slow to get your food sometimes, but I think it’s probably due to staffing issues. Otherwise, all the employees are super friendly and work as quick as possible to get food out. I usually use the drive through, but the few times I’ve been inside it’s been clean.
