If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a regular party pack of tacos and got charged for a supreme pack. They overcharged me and gave me regular tacos. I called and they wouldn’t do anything for over charging me. DON’T GO THERE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!

My first time at this Taco Bell. I went because the reviews were good. I got exactly what I ordered, which I can’t get at the one on Main St. My tacos were actually overflowing. And I had my order in 2 minutes!

My first trip to the Hwy 33- Washington St Taco Bell location. Good access and plenty of parking. I choose to use the drive thru. Signage is very clear with pictures of each product. I choose the #1 3 hard shell tacos and soda. The food was made fresh as I did have to wait a few minutes in driveway window. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5. The taco meat on all 3 tacos was thin. Taco meat was done perfectly with the right amount of lettuce and cheese. It’s nice having a location on Northside of West Bend. Great place to go for a quick bite that isn’t a hamburger joint.

The last few months, this location has superceded anything that has happened for the last year+ before that. Everything from customer service to accuracy to overall presentation! There were a few mishaps when it comes to how a particular menu item should be made but that was a one ti.e thing. So, let me give kudos to the new GM, kudos to the management, and ESPECIALLY KUDOS to the day to day employees because even though we have had a few hiccups? It’s a 1000% increase over what it was.

I have to change this review to positive, mostly due to the manager Jason. He single-handedly has turned this place upside down. He has very few workers, but they are very dedicated and follow his leadership. Lately I have been getting quality food. Yes there is a mistake here and there, but they have been very accurate lately. The portion sizes have been very good. I would give them another chance. It’s rare to have a manager this good who actually runs a well-oiled machine. Yes they do run out of food, yes they have had system problems, but from a human aspect they really work incredibly hard and therefore I’m changing my review to 4 stars instead of one. And Jason should get a huge raise, they can’t possibly be paying him enough money.

food was not how i ordered it and the mexican pizza i ordered tasted like they used old oil to fry the tostadas which in food safety can cause illness and it’s also a food safety violation they really need to get their products up to code before someone else has this issue also or most importantly before someone gets sick

Taco bell USED to be the place to go, for great food. Not anymore. My Family & I are vegans. Please, don’t visit if you’re vegan, as well. Everything is made at least 2 sizes smaller than they used to (along with the pictures), they charge for every little thing, except sauce packs. Plus, everything has GMO’s (as well as other chemicals we shouldn’t eat) packed into they’re food. The flavors I remember, as a kid, are no longer. I suggest no one eat here, including vegans. I wouldn’t shed a tear if all Taco bells, somehow, close down. It’s sad, but true. This used to be my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE fast food restaurant. No longer though. ☹

Went here at about 10:30pm i ordered a chalupa meal with a soft taco. I was able to eat that but couldnt eat the main mart of what i ordered… but chalupas went into the garbage because they were so hard i couldnt eat it. It was a waste if $15…. Thanks.

I understand they were having issues taking money but the gentleman taking drive through orders should slow down and listen to his customers and ask if what size we wanted our order wasn’t right we had to come back through and talk to the manager and he didn’t say much to us either the young man that took our order started gossiping about us while the drove threw window was still open we could hear him and what his CO workers were saying I’m not impressed unprofessional and when we got what we ordered some of our order was still cold. We will never come back to this location
