Every time I go here, there’s a wait and they always seem to get something wrong. I went through this evening. I ordered a Chalupa Supreme and it was missing. I ordered a potato side with cheese, meat, and lettuce and tomato added on through the app. They put potatoes and cheese on a tortilla. I know I should have looked closer, but no excuse. I had a crunch wrap with no sour cream. When I got home, it had sour cream.

Haven’t been at this location for over a year but decided to stop in. The service (Alyssa S) was courteous, the facility was clean, and the food was prepared well. Overall, it was a better experience than I expected and will stop in again.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell franchise I’ve been to. They couldn’t find my online order, so my husband left. Next day I check and they had charged me for my order! Not sure what kind of shenanigans are going on, but I’m done with Taco Bell for good.

I love that Taco Bell has vegan options so delicious !! beware they always mess up vegan orders I’m guessing because they aren’t use to making them and they never add sauce in the bag. I would sit and check there everything before you leave.

So I got what I ordered but where do I begin. How are 4 burritos supposedly filled with wet stuff drier than the trip Aladdin took across the desert or the fact that when I unwrapped it the tortillas were splitting faster than my parents. The beans were so dry I could use it as a plug for my tire on my car.

New years eve- open till 1am- employee took my online order at the box then continued to ignore me at the window for 30 minutes. Knocked at the window and waved 3 different times. Stayed cuz I already paid but she never came to the window to either tell me my food was coming or give me a refund. Left to go to the front door it was locked and a second employee told me to take it up with the app, no refund, no food. A 30 minute ordeal nothing to show for it.

This is a pretty good location as well probably about 88% accuracy on special request. I did have two a few times request up be remade for me because it was wrong so I would double check all your stuff that you order from the store. Their accuracy seems to wein when it is busy but store needs to be accurate any way to special request. Because if you had an allergy to something that was in their food and you needed it not to be on your stop and because someone did not want to comply with your special request or did not look at it properly and I put it in there you got a problem. So I’ve had to have this one remake my stuff occasionally. But definitely call them out on it because if they make mistake and we don’t call them out on it they’ll just keep on doing it and never learn.
