This place is a Gem! For all the people who know, you know. When you working late or gaming late, Taco Bell hits hard. But I have always been disappointed at all the Taco Bells in Milwaukee and Racine. But not here! No, this place is Amazing! The team is solid and the place is always so clean! When I get my food I feel like it was taken out of a commercial. Perfectly packaged, and well made! Nostalgia at its finest! 5 out of 5! Honestly, I look forward to my food runs here and you guys don’t disappoint!

I was in the bathroom and I was washing my hands and there was a gentleman just get out from toilet and he didn’t wash his hand. I saw him from mirror and I noticed that he is working for Taco Bell and I followed him and watched him. He start taking care of the food and he didn’t even wash his hand or use gloves. I was trying to reach out to manager, but he was not working there that day.

We stopped here because we were in need of a quick bite. Never again. The store wasn’t open so we were forced to go through the drive through. We were stuck for over 30 minutes with no way out of the line. When we finally got to a window, the employee was rude and dismissive of my frustration. He indicated there were large orders. If a fast food place can’t figure out how to balance that to keep things moving, it needs new management. We could have gone to a sit down with better food and service for the time we wasted at this pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant.

The food was decent and the place was somewhat clean. The staff was basically rude teenagers. Yes, the drive thru kept them busy, but hellos and thank you’s go a long way. Heck, even saying my name to let me know my order is up is not hard. Look up, acknowledge someone and then get on with your conversation.

If you want to go into Taco Bell at this location seems like you can’t when the sign and hours for the in room dining are clearly stated as open. I went tonight to pick up a in store order with my bike and I couldn’t pick it up in store and eat it. So now I’m out in the dark eating Taco Bell at the Kwik trip next door.

I ordered at the drive thru and in person since I was told the one item was online only. When I parked I realized I was missing part of my window order. I tried to go into the location and they had the lobby closed. How do you pick up an in person online order or correct a window order that was missing a item.

Whoever the guy was working the drive-thru window and cooking simultaneously this morning (May 6th), top notch. Honestly the best cooked food I’ve had from a taco bell in a long time, and he was exceptionally friendly, all while being what seemed to be the only employee in the place. Stood out to me enough that I wanted to make a review just because of him.

I ordered it via app and requested pick up. Learned that shut door and no note at all! Forced me to go drive thru. I explained my request my order. He found my order and suggest to go window #2. I can’t find one until I found another window. Awful design structure and parking. Finally I got my order for 10 minutes. Never going there ever again.

Two of my friends and I went through the drive thru at this specific location on May 6th. We pulled up to the menu to place our order and from there the young lady who took our order, immediately had a snotty attitude. I have worked in food service as management so that immediately raised concerns for me. We then pulled up to the window & I realized she didn’t have a name tag on, which makes since because she was very rude, made snarky facial expressions, & even slammed the drive through door in my face. Also, was laughing with fellow coworkers about the situation. I will not be returning unless other employees are there. This is highly unprofessional and needs to be consulted and resolved. Customers do not want to go to any restaurant and have to experience an employee with an attitude.
