Wait to be ignored. Only help the drive thru lanes, they don’t like helping people inside at the counter. The guy in front of me told me he ordered online, he was there for 30min before I entered. He was suggesting I go some where else. When I asked for help at the counter they told me they where making my food. I didn’t even order yet. Used to be decent place not anymore.

Who ever is in charge of this location needs to be fired, especially when that new location next to Walmart operates so well. Almost will never have everything you order in the bag, and what is there will almost always be wrong if you ask for it to be served anyway that is not standard. It is funny how the worst taco bell I have ever been to is directly across the street from the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to.

Another case of a company with a turnover rate through the roof because they can’t hire employees who have any sense of work ethic. So sick of the lobby being closed early by night shift. $55 your company won’t be earning tonight. I always spend so much money at taco bell cause I love taco bell but lately I don’t because your night shift closes down the lobby early! Happy corporate?

Worst Taco Bell to go to . Got a nacho Belgrade with the chips on the side like I asked, medium Baja blast and nacho fries. They didn’t put the chips on the side and charged me extra for that , my Baja blast was half way full and the fries were dumped in the bag and no nacho cheese or napkins as well!! Never going back!! Plus customer service was very poor.

I have bought many times food from here my food was a disaster !it looks like 5 year old was preparing my food empty Tacos with only salad barely something in i give them fow times tray thinking is maby new employees who need training ! It was happening every single time 30$ order . Never agen will i tray ! And i felt disrespected if i ask for something you can tell they don’t care about they jobs ! How will they care for your food !

Not sure what happened, last 2 visits seemed to be a problem each time. Both times I’ve had missing food items and had to go back. This last time I was home, had to turn back around to get the missing items. After waiting for several minutes while my food was getting cold I finally got someone’s attention. Barely acknowledged me and no apology. By the time i got home food was luke warm.

I left this place absolutely furious. I placed a virtual order and went 10 minutes later to get it. Long story short, the long drive thru line prompted me to go inside to get my order. BIG MISTAKE. Although the guy behind the counter did approach me relatively quickly, he then went to work the drive thru and I was completely ignored while at least 4 cars were taken care of. I finally asked, loudly, if I should have gone through the drive thru. I was very rudely told to wait. Five minutes later, a man I assume to be the manager approached me and asked, “So what is the problem??” He was annoyed.
