Worst fast food place… do not waste your time or money. You will sit out front for 20 mins to go back in and check on your order to be told with an attitude buy rude employees it’s still not ready then go wait another 10 mins before it comes out cold and soggy. And missing items. I just cannot believe the owners except this as being okay. I will never return. Would rather go have Kwik trip food. Better quality and 1/4 the time. Oh and don’t order more than 5 items or they won’t take your order. And be prepared to sit at the order speaker 2-3 mins before even being acknowledged. Just ridiculous. Really

Only accidentally ordered from the app. I had already paid, otherwise anyone in the area knows not to go to this location. They claim they’re on a timer. So they have you pull around to a spot that in inaccessible because they already had too many cars waiting. My Baja blast tasted like sugar-free toilet bowl cleaner. I got the smallest most pitiful grilled cheese burrito I have ever gotten at any TB ever! I called them before coming here. But it went to VM. Bad customer service… sad

The food taste was good and they didn’t make one mistake, this is why I’m giving 3 stars because the food was very good. But, the service was iffy and has been everytime we go. They are rude and rushed us in ordering when we were thinking about what we wanted. And overall just weren’t nice and defintely acted like they didn’t want to be there.

Slow service. The food was average for Taco Bell. I placed an online order in order to use a birthday reward and there was very much confusion when I was waiting for the order. At first they even said I had to pay more. A manager tried to make up for it by giving me a free drink because I had to wait so long. And the soap dispenser in the men’s room was not working. I hope the employees have another sink to wash their hands.

To say the service sucks is an understatement, 7 drivers told pull to front. NOT A SINGLE ONE OF US GIVEN FOOD. Had to drive through again after sitting for an hour! Never brought food out like said they would. They had bags upon bags of orders just sitting there at the drive thru window. This is by far the worst Taco Bell experience

Crunch wrap had stuff I asked to take off of it. Beefy melt had only a few chips in it barely anything mainly rice. Forgot our soda. men’s bathroom smells so bad and there’s no soap. And all workers walked out to take a smoke break every 5 minutes no one was at the counter for like 15 minutes had to ask the manager to get our food right if I could I wouldn’t even give 1 star terrible food and service

Worst Quality of food for a Taco Bell. Have been here multiple times on multiple occasions and still the same horrible quality of food and service. I paid extra for steak on my chalupa and barely got any. 10$ for 2 of these chalupas and a soda. Better off making your own. Food is barely hot and the service is short and sweet.

I tried to order at the window and the woman was super short with me. All she said was “DoorDash only”. I asked her what time they close, because the open sign was on, Google said they were open and it was 9:26 PM. She never responded. Then a male came over the speaker and was incredibly rude. If you aren’t taking orders, maybe put up a sign, or just close in general? This is the second time this has happened.
