I paid $17 for a meal I never got while standing in the restaurant for nearly 20 minutes. Other people ordered in front of me and finished meals while I was still waiting. I’m not sure what’s going on at this joint but if you’re trying to eat fast food avoid this place. They’re neither fast or provide food.

Best restaurant service I’ve received in a long while… seriously! I’m always impressed how this location seems to have happy employees. We had family from out of town visiting and did an aunt/nephew day at Taco Bell and the staff made it extra fun and memorable. Nicely done!

I’ve been going here for years, and have always had pleasant experiences until today. After ordering, the cashier asked me to pull forward, and I asked if she had gotten my drink as it hadn’t popped up on the order screen. She yelled at me that dhe was “working on it” and to pull forward. I was not offered my receipt and when I asked I got it crumpled up and flung at me while by the manager who said “merry christmas” sarcastically before shutting the window again. So I got yelled at and treated rudely for the horrible crime of ensuring my order was heard correctly, and asking for my receipt. Also, I ordered and large drink, I paid for a large drink, and they gave me a small, so that makes me think they purposely tried to keep my receipt from me so I wouldn’t notice they were stealing my money.

I’ve been to this location twice. The first time, I went in to order breakfast. After ordering I waited 20 minutes before I went up and asked how long it would be. The lady working checked and told me it would be just another minute as they were about to send it out. 10 minutes later, I asked again and she told me sorry, we can’t make your breakfast because it was now after breakfast hours and I had to cancel it.

Have gone multiple times now just to be angrily told by an employee that it would be 40mins before we could order when we were the only people there. She was not nice about it. I’ve never been literally yelled at and belittled thru a drive thru speaker before. We used to go 2-3x a week…we will not be back. Guy at the drive thru was really rude and got my order wrong. Also said they don’t have the $2 chipotle ranch chix burrito anymore couple weeks ago but I got it at the Verona location the other day. Won’t be going to Fitchburg one again, this one used to be good but has gone downhill.
