How can you be running a business and have your employees open the door at all different times? So much for ordering from here. Not everyone wants to always be forced to go through the drive through. Staff very unprofessional. Total came up on drive thru screen but lady said she would give me my total at the window. I was told what I could or could not order. My breakfast wrap was deformed. My items appeared to be just thrown into the bag. I’ll drive to the projects and take my chances getting shot before I ever return here!!!! So very discussed with this location!!!!

The lady at the drive through was very nice, shout-out to her, my only complaint is she didn’t ask me if I wanted sauce, but now to the good, I am reviewing the cheesy Gordita crunch deluxe box, the chips and cheese was a solid, chips a little salty, that cheese got my tongue feeling a certain way, but the surpreme burrito was cold, very disappointing, must’ve been sitting out, felt disrespected by that, the dorito locos tacos hits me pretty hard, makes me let out a little sound iykyk, but now to the cheesy Gordita crunch, very bland, practically a normal taco wrapped in dough with chipotle sauce, not a mvp performance at all, chips and cheese-8.5, Doritos locos tacos, 8.2, surpreme burrito-6.8, cheesy chipotle Gordita crunch-7.3, baja zero- 8.8 overall score 7.9~BennyEats

Ordered on online app. Then proceeded to wait 20 to 30 minutes in the drive thru lane behind 1 car. Unbelievably slow. I understand it’s hard to find low pay workers, but then either pay more or maybe it’s time to shut down.

Honestly the service was pretty garbage. After we had our order taken, the staff stood around talking for 10 minutes before starting to make our food. There was nobody else in the drive through or the store. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before we got our drink cups. I haven’t had an issue with the drive through, but dine in experience was terrible.

Worst taco bell experience I’ve had stood at counter dude told me to order on kiosk. Asked for my sodas and he just walked right past. When he finally asked if I got my sodas I said no I need 2 was hesitant on giving me my cups.

Why is the dining room closed when we’re forced to use the self checkouts? How difficult is it to take five minutes to clean tables? We worked a lot harder for a lot less back in the better days of Taco Bell. This location used to be borderline okay, but worthy of NO stars in my book.
