On Suunday April 16th late afternoon drive thru. Mexican Pizza had burnt meat inside, very little cheese on top, no tomatoes. The potato bits were hard and dry., and the hard shell beef taco were poorly filled and broken.

Was in through the drive thru about an hour ago 11pm-ish and am speechless. Nothing in my Taco, no sauce at all on the enchilada. Please fire the incompetent _ _ _ _ that somehow doesn’t know how to make food. You can’t tell me if they were to make these for themselves that they’d look like this. Won’t be back.

Awful experience. 1st and last time visiting this Taco Bell. The food was awful, no meat to speak of, was like having a little salad in each gross soft shelly thing. Ordered no tomatoes and still got them, had to redo. Also, it was literally freezing cold in there! We did ask about the temperature at the counter and the young man said “we need to keep it cold because it’s so hot outside when we open the drive thru window”! And also as a FYI, the scrolling menu goes by so fast you don’t have time to see what’s in the box meals, very frustrating. Outdoor seating would have been a blessing.

Messes up orders. Not expecting a whole lot from a taco bell but other locations are far and above this one in terms of quality of food and attention to detail. Lobby was nice and clean however.

I was confused while eating my burrito supreme. There seemed to be pockets of food. I got one bite all sour cream, one bite, all beans, one bite meat, one bite cheese. Everything was in there, but it was just very strange. When I first walked in, I was also not acknowledged for some time. The boy who waited on me, was very new, very clumsy, and very unprofessional. Poor kid needed more training! Later on, he came out to attempt to clean the messy dining room. He used a dirty rag, was flinging food onto the floor and used the same rag for all the tables in the dining room. Then he walked back up to the kiosk and started to wait on customers with food all over his hands! The final straw was when I tasted my churros. I think the oil really needs to be changed in the fryer! They tasted very bitter and oily. All in all not a good experience………

Nacho fries were super soggy, was given a bean burrito instead of a 5 layer burrito. The whole place smelled of body odor like not a soul in the place has heard of deodorant. Had to eat in my car almost puked just standing in the place. Payed like 14 bucks and could barely eat any of the food.

When at the drive through screen I had been yelled at 3 times to be ready within the 2 minutes I was deciding what I had wanted. I ordered $20 worth of food and on four of the tacos the special instructions were for no lettuce. All four of those tacos had lettuce on them when on the receipt it reflected the “no lettuce” accommodation . I’ll stick to the other taco bell where they know how to make a taco and provide adequate customer service.

This place has been a dumpster fire since it opened. There is a line around the drive thru and the line has moved once in ten min. I do good delivery and this stop always a sucks. I could drive ten min there and it still won’t be ready.

They didn’t include half of my order, I went in to address it, was being super polite but no one would acknowledge me or respond to my questions in any way. Everyone ordering inside at the kiosks were waiting a minimum of 10 minutes. They will not treat you as a human at this location and these fast food bots ignore anyone that isn’t in the drive through
