Order at drive thru, told us at the window they didn’t have shredded beef. Then came back out and said they didn’t have beef. Asked us if we wanted chicken or steak substitute. They gave us 2 pieces of slice steak per taco item. If you don’t have enough supply just kindly let us know. Dont ask us for substitute than cheap out on the quantity because I am pretty sure you probably ran out of steak too.

So I ordered on the app tonight and was super excited for the chicken tacos and the fiery dorito Gordita! I pulled up to the window & the man with the glasses told me they were out of the dorito taco shells. Frustrating, but ok I said well can I get my money back or add something for the $$difference and he asked the lady and then told me No, because I already paid! I mean seriously! Exactly $30 of my hard earned cash. To me that’s a lot, I don’t splurge on eating out a lot but my teenager wanted to celebrate her A honor roll! And this was truly upsetting. Literally the only thing to be eaten was the chips and cheese. The chicken tacos were HARD AS A ROCK!!! And the the meat in the tacos were so cold, my potatoes and cheese were ice cold. The gorditas were so cold and gooey like they have been sitting, the crunchy shell was just mush. I knew going back would solve nothing as the people working already didn’t seem to give a care! I will not be back to waste more money.

The usual Taco Bell food, but way way slower service than usual. This is definitely not a “fast food” place. It took over 15 mins to get the simple order we had placed. Also every table in the place was dirty and needed to be wiped down. All of the trash cans where full of trash. The bathroom was out of paper towels and dirty too. There wasn’t even that many customers in the place, and we could see 5 employees working.

I’ve been to many different Taco Bell’s in different city’s/states in my day. Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat. This Taco Bell, here in Plover is by far the worst out of all the ones I’ve ate at before. I travel all around for work and I’m in Plover at least once a week and stupidly keep hoping this Taco Bell gets better but it never does. It’s not the people, it’s the quality of the food and consistency that is very poor. For instance today, just finished my food. First off my beefy five layer was COLD. I ordered no sour cream, extra nacho cheese, add rice. There was a little sour cream at the end so the guy must’ve not read the order, started putting it on then noticed. There was not EXTRA nacho cheese, there was hardly any. They did get the rice right but it was cold and hard. I’ve never been to a Taco Bell where it is consistently this bad.

Had to eat in cause my kiddo can only get hardshell – food was as expected but the dining area was filthy. We were the only ones there and we found one clean table in the whole place, the food tray was sticky and the whole place smelled like urinal cake.

Ive come to drive tru to order food and i asked for chipolte chicken melts and they said they are out of chicken so i asked if i can get them with steak and i was limited to two as opposed to the 8 i originally wanted to order. Highly disapointed that a family of 4 gets to split a meal of one, thank you taco bell for not having enough food for a family. Even more disappointing when i unwrap food that was charged extra for because of extra meat and get something as small as my thumb i can understand the speed of service being affected by staffing issues, but the customer should still get what they paid for.
