The food is good but after going twice in 2 days I can tell it hasn’t been cleaned. The floors are a mess and both of my trips were in the early morning. The counter people were fine and so was the food. So management get on it!

Alittle disappointed, ordered food online and went to pick up through drive thru and my order was wrong and I told the cashier. He looked at us and told us he couldn’t remake our food that we ordered or that we have to go back around the drive thru? Like what customer service is that? Normally I don’t get upset but I’m paying for what I bought so you couldn’t have the decency to give me my correct order?

Ordered $10 worth of food and they charged me another $25 of someone else’s order. I thought it was strange they didn’t give me my debit card back right away but when they did they didn’t give me a receipt. I wouldn’t have noticed how much they took out of the card if it weren’t for my purchase notifications I receive on my phone. I went back within 3 minutes and they told me to dispute it with the credit card company, I insisted they reverse the amount of $25 which they ended up doing but were refusing at first. Makes me think how many times this has happened before.

The food here has always been sub par, it is Taco Bell after all, but it is getting worse. The steak quesadilla was overdone with hardly any steak in it at all & the cinnamon crisps had zero flavor and have an off putting crunch that seems really wrong.

All the ambiance you’ve come to love. A blast from the past. Brought back all of the food poisoning memories from undercooked quesadillas over a decade ago, or how i had to take my daughter into the mens room because the stall had collapsed in thw women’s room and was laying on the restaurant floor. Proudly displayed. Food was cold.
