Literally went through drive through and ordered 2 cheesy gordita crunches, got home and one had no meat and the other had so minimal. Asked for hot and mild sauce and guy closed the window and wouldn’t get for me. Live too far away to go back.

I hate giving low rankings but this place has had so many chances and I am always disappointed. They struggle to stay open and have food during normal business hours. They always forget the sauces. Always out of foods. They leave an inch empty in the soda cups. Paper wrapper was stuck to burrito today and wouldn’t come off. Fries were flavorless and soggy and limp. Chicken wasn’t crispy today. Most of the time it is though. Side portions are a 50/50 toss up. Today they were good, last visit only got 3 bites of Mac n cheese.

Everything negative that everyone else said is true, and no, we don’t like giving out poor reviews. This place wasn’t actually that bad, but the wait times are getting ridiculous because of the fact that door dash orders are taking priority over people who are actually waiting for their food in person. I would feel bad if this place shut down, then again, I’m sure Rapids wouldn’t mind another Kwik Trip or bank. Maybe another church.

The place is horribly managed, Food is horrendous no matter what time of day different shifts are working. The staff have the place closed down over an hour cause management does not know how to handle workers. The in store lobby opened up not too long ago, but it doesn’t not increase productivity. The Manager and the District Manager need to close this location down. I do not recommend this place at all due to long waits and constant wrong orders or orders not being made correctly for consumers.

Besides waiting in the drive thru line for a long time, once I received my taco’s there was a little meat, very little lettuce, and a few pieces of cheese. I won’t be back to the Wisconsin Rapids location. At least we have a Taco John’s close by.
