I’m pretty frustrated in that the item I have been ordering for years, is now discontinued: the chili cheese burrito. Why, Taco Bell? Why? This has been my go-to for years and now it’s gone???? What I don’t get is how it can be discontinued when all the ingredients are used for other items; it seems odd to me. I’m not a happy camper, that’s for sure! Bring back the chili cheese burrito… NOW, please! The soft shell taco I got instead was pretty sad. There was hardly any cheese on it and yet there was soooo much lettuce. It was pretty pathetic. I felt like I was eating a rolled up tortilla with lettuce, as there was hardly any meat or cheese on it.

When you’re wondering why the car Il in front of you hadn’t pulled off after getting their food, its because they know how incompetent the staff is and they have to check the order. I wish I’d have known before I got back on the interstate. Service so bad it pushes you to stop going to an entire chain.

I dont know why they keep asking what kind of sauce I want? Whether it’s mild, hot or fire, they never give it to me anyways. The one thing they are sure to screw up on is the sauce. 100% of the time. Even when I ask the lady to double check for the sauce, she assures me it’s in there because she put it in there herself…. then I get home, no sauce.
