My quesadilla was slopped together and kinda cold. The cheese was not melted so it was just kind of unappetizing. They had no ice for the soda machine, which it happens. But the soda was warm warm. When a different customer asked if the staff could call for ice, he wad told it wasn’t her job.

Love this Taco Bell. We have been here twice and tbh this is the first taco bell I have been thru that the 5 looks like the pictures/commercials. The right amount of ingredients on everything. My husband is staying in the Berlin ish area & when I come up to see him we don’t mind driving to Ripon for the taco bell because it’s worth the drive. @least for us. We both have been to our share of Taco Bells being that we used to live in Milwaukee, Racine County &Towns That Are In Milwaukee County. Let Alone My Husband Travels For Work All Over The Midwest & Is Only Home Maybe A Week By The Time The End Of The Month Hits. Lol So When I Say He Has Had His Share Of Taco Bell & This Taco Bell Wins Every Time.

Re-Review: I came here again to have the grande stacker $5 box. My disappointment was immeasurable. The lettuce was on the outside of my my taco. I repeat, the lettuce was on the outside of my taco. They also forgot my friend’s order and we had to drive back. The grande stacker also didn’t look like the picture.

Staff was extremely rude, and treated us as an annoyance. Wait time for tacobell was over 20 minutes from the time we placed the order till we recieved it. The food was absolutely horrible, cold and just thrown together extremely sloppily. 3/4 of the burritos and crunchwraps were just tortilla and cheese with the rest of the toppings piled at the bottom. We also ordered 3 hard shell tacos, one of them didnt even have any meat. Literally just lettuce and cheese and all of the shells were completely destroyed. Its like they intentionally crushed all of our food. We also asked for lots of mild and fire sauce for an over $50 tacobell order for our family, the kid at the window confirmed to us it was in there, and when we arrived home, not 1 single sauce packet was in any of the bags! Tried calling the store multiple times, and no answer. On top of all that, we will be contacting the health department because I believe we have food poisoning. All 5 of us have been getting sick this morning. Avoid this poorly maintained and poorly sanitized place at all cost! Corporate will be contacted.
