Normally I like this place but this lady is the most rudest person I met here. After a 20 minute wait she came around to bad mouth the customers about order timeline. Walked to the back and came back to the front bad mouthing again. She gave the two guys standing with me coupons after they complained but me I got a eye roll. Guess she didn’t like my face.

This is the third or fourth time we’ve gone to this location and have been severely disappointed. The night staff is beyond rude. They messed up our order and then when we asked for the order to be corrected we were yelled at that they were not going to remake our food because it had already been made. We asked for beef chalupas with no sour cream and instead received chicken chalupas with sour cream. We absolutely never be back. This place needs to do better.

When I CLEARLY say “beef instead of chicken”, I expect beef INSTEAD OF CHICKEN. When I asked at the drive thru if they heard me (cuz it was wrong on the screen) the cashier rudely informed me they were already made. Like it’s hard to just remake it. Keep the ones that were made for yourself for all I care. The night staff clearly does not care about what they’re doing. Glad I don’t normally go to this location because I’m never going back.

I ordered via the mobile app the Make it your Own Cravings Deal Box. The crunch wrap wasn’t evenly distributed with the ingredients, but still good. I had to go back to the counter to ask for a new order if nacho chips since it was only half full upon receiving. The manager allowed me to keep the bag and gave me a full one as well.

I’ve come here 4x now to grab something quick for lunch during the work day. And I just want to bow and tip my hat to these workers because the food is always DELISH, FRESH, and TASTE HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO. It’s hard to find Taco Bell’s these days where the food taste good and not made sloppy. Once again THANK YOU to whomever runs first shift. You guys give me hope in T bell. I will continue coming here. I’m from Shakopee and will drive out the way just to come here. I’m currently on my lunch and felt the need to write a positive review.

This taco bell truly irritates me! The sign on the door says it closes at 11 pm…. I got there after driving 3 hrs hoping to get something to eat before going home to go to bed. It was between 1045 and 1050… They were already closed. So much for honoring there hours. All I can say is thank God Kwik trip is open 24 hrs a day.

Would not give this place a single star. This taco bell location is beyond brutal. Nobody should ever order from this location as they mess up your order every single time. Our doordash driver ranted about how rude the workers are and about how they purposely screw up the doordash orders. We have called 18 times and have not had someone answer.
