The manager made a pithy comment about how I brought my own drink after I had to order the same thing twice with my last ten dollars, because the app keeps sending my orders to different cities without giving me a warning about the distance. VERY GLAD TO HAVE PAID $13 For ONE BURRITO AND NO DRINKS ON AN ALREADY BAD DAY.

Frequently, items are missing or incorrect. It’s ok if a mistake happens here or there, but almost all the time? No. Also, these two young boys at the drive-thru were very rude, laughing and snickering after they didn’t give me a large drink which I paid extra for, online ordering. And so I politely told them and asked for a large, and they shut the window on me while I was talking and then were laughing and snickering. Bad training and customer service all around.

Place was clean, kids serving were ok. The chicken quesada ordered was a sloppy mess drawing in what ever cheese sauce they poured all over the thing. Stuck my hand in the bag came out looking like I had grabbed a handful of goo. Took the order to go, threw the whole bag in the trash when I got home.

Every time you go to Northfields Taco Bell you can 100% count on the order being incorrect or have an item missing. I get it, it’s fast food, but how hard is it to get an easy order right? Mistakes have been more than just a 1 time accident which is super annoying. Nachos with no cheese and hair in it? YUM!

Drive-through service was fast, staff were friendly and the building & grounds were clean & attractive. Regular tacos had very wet, soggy bottoms after a very short drive home, and were only about half-filled with ingredients. I’ll try again someday to see if this was a fluke, but it wasn’t what I’ve gotten used to at other Taco Bells.

I thought if you went in you would talk to a person to take your order. No, no one acknowledged us, my friend noticed a kiosk to order from and pay from. Food came quick, they called your name handed you the food and that was it. They smiled but no thank you. Won’t go back. Felt like a cafeteria or worse.

The worst service at night! Especially lately! Several times I go through and stuff is missing from my order tonight I go back to get a quesedilla that was left out of my mobile order and the staff was rude and wouldn’t fix the other problem that I had and gave me a filled Tortilla ball at the bottom of a quesedilla bag.
