Look, you know what you’re getting into if eating at a Taco Bell. For Taco Bells, I’ve been here a few times and never had an experience where food wasn’t freshly made. They will accept your order but then not give it to you. I ordered through the app and showed up to pick it up at lunchtime and all the doors were locked and drive thrus closed. They charged my card still and I couldn’t get in. There were multiple cars in the parking lot. A bunch of people had the same experience as me as they showed up and tried to get in. Avoid this place.

No consistency in their hours. They will close the lobby at random times. The drive through will close or be blocked off. The food has way smaller portions than other locations. Tonight, the lobby was closed at 8:45pm when the sign in the door says they are open until 10pm. After being burned so many times at this location I won’t ever be back.

For soft tacos, you get a small portion of beef, which is not like before, so if you want more, a portion of beef would go for burrito. I feel like it’s not worth it, so I’d rather cook at home to have an extra portion on soft tacos. The craving box for $5 is a reasonable price.

The food when I’ve been here is as it should be, however I’ve been to this location multiple times during normal business hours and it hasn’t been open due to worker shortage. What a shame, I can’t imagine how a business that works on such minuscule margins can afford not to be open. Tough to blame it on anyone but McDonalds across the street seems to have figured it out.

Ordered hard shell tacos through drive thru during dinner hour. All tacos were split at bottom and all taco meat fell out. They were greasy and not even warm. Will not go back.
